I received a quote from another chimney service to get some panels replaced in my fireplace. When the serviceman did not show up or return my calls, I contacted M & S Chimney's. I should have called them FIRST. Nathan and his team are very professional, they did quality work. Nathan is also very honest- the other guy said that I needed all four panels replaced, Nathan said that only two panels needed to be replaced. The day of the service, everything went perfect. M & S Chimney's is now my "go to" for all my wood-burning fireplace needs. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!

9/21/20 Nathan came out gave me a quote for 3200.00 and that he needed a down payment so he could get the wood insert gave him 2000.00 and it has been one excuse after another. I asked for my money back and still am getting excuses. Here it is 2 months later. I was scammed and I want Angie’s list to do something about it.

Received 3 estimates from other companies. Contacted O-Line Chimney and spoke to Nathaniel. Set up an appointment for a free estimate. Nathaniel came the same day to inspect my chimney. I shared with him the written estimates from the others companies that totaled $2K (each) in repairs. After inspecting my chimney, Nathaniel assured me the work written on the previous estimates was not required. He completed my repair for $450. Very honest and professional!

Nathaniel has excellent communication skills and shows pride in his craft. I bought a home and the chimney was leaking by day 2. I called O-line Chimney and they came to the property within 24hrs to take a look and gave me an estimate within 20 minutes. Nathaniel took photos of the caps and explained how they were improperly installed and one had a dummy cap (prior owners were trying to save money). He let me know that the caps were sitting on rubber vice concrete and the leak was likely due to that in addition to the liners not being elevated to the proper height. He detailed his exact course of action and returned on time at his next available appointment. He was neat, honest and efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service. The price was more than fair and the craftsmanship was excellent.

Excellent. Mr. Nathen was very professional and respectful of my house and myself dealing with the precautions of COVID-19. Mr Nathan immediately covered his shoes and wore gloves. I’m a caregiver to elderly parent- very important to me. Anyway the problem was identified and explained to me in which I asked a lot of questions, and he answered patiently. I was a little apprehensive at first about hiring Nathan to install my chimney caps given there weren't many reviews on his company. When he came out to give an estimate, he was very thorough in explaining the job. His price was also very reasonable and he was able to start the job the very next day. I'm happy with his work and will hire him again.

Nathan is fantastic. He does great work at a fair price. As a Realtor I have used his services many times over the past several years. He not inspects chimneys, but can repair them as well.
