We had a large pergola/picnic area project at our pool clubhouse (Montevideo) that needed some TLC. Intense powerwash, repair, and repainted. Extremely happy with the overall experience. Their price was fair, very professional on time, excellent work and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. It looks 100% better. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the deck. Every time a design choice was made by the team, they did it the harder and correct way (meaning, all mitered edges, even though it's more work). They were fast and efficient and I am very glad I went with them.

We replaced our entire deck this summer and expected it to be a long, messy project. MS Construction and Services made it much easier than we thought it would be. Mike and his crew demolished our old 570 sq. ft. deck and stairs, built a new pressure-treated frame, and installed Eva-Last Infinity composite decking. They also assembled our 12' x 24' aluminum pergola and anchored it on six posts. The backyard looks completely different now, and we're using it far more than before. Their lead carpenter, Rashid, knows deck building inside and out and was meticulous about every part of the build. It was clear he cared about getting the details right, and it shows in the finished deck. Mike was easy to reach and kept us informed. We had a detailed proposal within a couple of days of the estimate, and the final price matched the quote, with no surprise charges. For the amount of work involved, the job was done quickly. Their impeccable workmanship, without any cutting corners, resulted in absolutely beautiful results. Everything was done exactly as promised. The CEO, Mike S., was incredibly patient, polite, and attentive to every detail. He promptly answered our numerous questions and helped us refine our final design. His quote was also very competitive. The entire project, including demolition, commenced on time and was completed in just under three weeks. A special shoutout to their talented builder, Ramil. We had been struggling with remodeling for the past two years, and it must be some extraordinary luck to have a person like Ramil work on our project. Ramil is a rare gem of a contractor; his work ethic is incredible, and he was able to resolve complex technical issues in record time. I cannot recommend MS Construction highly enough.

Mikhail’s crew did it the right way. The Pergola was built to specs and built to last. Mikhail was quick to respond via text and, like any project, communication is a two way street. In recommend considering them for your next project. BTW, they even came back out to apply a second coat of stain weeks after the project was completed. It was quite a windy day when they applied the first coat so a second coat touch up was needed.

Mike and team built a brand new deck for us complete with a new design, new material and lighting. They not only did an excellent job but were also very responsive in the way they worked with us. So happy that we hired them for the job. If you’re looking to build your deck or repair it, hire Mike! You won’t be disappointed.

We recently had MS remove our older wooden fence because of the new fire regulations and replace it with a black 5' chain-link swimming pool fence including three self-closing and self-latching gates. We had several other companies on this list come by to give bids and some only did wood fencing and one would only do 4' (we wanted 5') and they weren't interested in ordering it. Mikhail with MS was happy to do exactly what we requested. They were very efficient, and we are extremely pleased with the results. They custom-made the gates at our home, welding the pieces together. None of our requests seemed to present any problems for them.

Overall the work went very well. I appreciated how Mikhail was easy to work with and very pragmatic and technical. He spent a lot of time helping design the deck, gave good advice based on his experience as well as what was possible on the slope, and was flexible and adapted the design over time as we requested. The work crew did a great job, cleaned up well after they were done and the quality of the work is very satisfactory. The schedule took a few days longer than originally expected, but it was a relatively larger job too. I had to do some level of oversight to make sure everything was built per plan, and whenever there was any minor issue, Mikhail addressed it right away based on our original understanding. We are very happy with the work. We would hire them again!

We hired them for a few projects. One is for rebuilding the deck -- 1st and 2nd floor, one is for building a openable door to the septic tank on the ground, and a more recent one is a small stairs including hand rail. All are good and they suggested reasonable price materials for us, instead of the most expensive ones.

MS Construction & Services have done great work on our fence replacement project. The new fence was built with attention to details, and it looks great. It is also built using screws instead of nails, so it should last longer. The work was done in two days as promised. The workplace was left clean.

I received an estimate from MS Construction around May 2024 and, despite facing delays due to other construction projects, Mikhail was incredibly patient throughout the process. He visited the site several times to finalize the plan and offered a very reasonable price for his services. His team worked diligently, even showing up on a Sunday to ensure timely completion. The entire fencing project was finished within 5 days, which was impressive. While I am generally very happy with the results, there are a couple of minor issues. One section of the fence has a slight wave due to the challenging rocky terrain on our hillside lot. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of thorough planning during the gate installation, which resulted in it not opening to the optimal position we had envisioned. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend MS Construction. Their professionalism, dedication, and competitive pricing make them a strong choice for any fencing project. I would give them a 9 out of 10 rating.

Mike and his team replaced our old beat up deck with a new redwood deck and did an amazing job. Ramil was our favorite carpenter in the crew; he was extremely skilled and showed a lot of care in his craft and approach. They also replaced our railings with cable, and treated and stained the wood. Mike managed the work well; He was very communicative and flexible throughout the project, making sure that our creative direction was fulfilled. MS Construction does quality work at a very fair price. We are very happy with and enjoying our new beautiful deck!

Our deck is old, but we didn't have the budget to replace the whole thing. Yet, we NEEDED to make it safe with some railings, and some repairs to the steps. Mike and his guys came in and did a fantastic job for us. They built a 900 sf Trex deck and stairwell in 10 days. These guys really worked hard and completed the job much quicker than we could have imagined. We now have a solid deck that will last us years. Highly recommend these guys, very professional and they delivered a beautiful, solid deck and stairwell.

I am highly recommending MS Construction for the quality work they have done to patio. Job looks amazing and created a nice ambience to our home and helped us get the kids off the video games and phones. We as a family now spent most of our summer night chatting, grillin or enjoying a glass of wine in the patio.

I had an excellent experience working with Mike and his team at MS construction. They inspected my property and promptly sent me a professional quote. They proposed either replacing fence posts or replacing the whole fence. We opted for the latter because his price was very reasonable and my fence was very old (35 years old!). A single worker completed the fence over four days, which included breaking down and hauling away the old fence and then erecting a new fence. The new fence looks spectacular and I am very pleased. Finally, during the final re-assembly process, an old hose bib (also at least 35 years old) cracked and started leaking. MS was able to repair it like new. Extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with.
