We hired Michael and Charles to replace our roof and paint the exterior of our house. They were so easy to work with as we live in Canada and have our winter house in Arizona. They did amazing work on both roof and painting house. I called them back to help me on a situation I had that an air conditioning company had not sealed up properly and he came out and fixed it within a few days of calling. Michael and Charles are definitely a great contracting company that we have been able to rely on for the last 3 years of contacting them. Excellent work and professional. Would highly recommend them.

3 years ago, Michael assisted Charles with applying my foam roof. He was very attentative and listened well to his dad! It was actually a pleasure having him here. A total gentleman and I'd welcome him back again anytime.

I needed a roof repaired. I got several quotes from Angi. I went with MSW because of their high rating and reasonable cost. MSW was responsive, on time, and did outstanding work. The brought a crew and worked very efficiently. I can not understate the quality and professionalism of this company.

Our decidedly "elderly" roof took some wind damage and Charles came the day after I contacted him. He was helpful and clearly explained what he would do. The other contractors wanted to do a tear-off, but Charles assured us it wasn't necessary. Once we had insurance okay, the work was quickly scheduled. Workers arrived on time, got right to work and our new roof looks great.

We interviewed 3 roofing contractors and MSW was the only roofer that would repair our roof the others wanted to completely replace the entire roof. We have had 2 rains since the repairs where done and everything is great. Very polite and knowledgeable on time and answered all our emails promptly. If your looking for a roofer look no further hire MSW Contracting...!

Charles and his crew performed brilliantly on our flat roof which was in need of much re-foaming and full re-coating. The workmanship was top-notch. They also replaced two sky-lights within the original bid and repaired and restored our internet service. They went above and beyond...

Robert followed thru on everything he said he would do and by the time he committed. To find a contractor who does so is near impossible so it was greatly appreciated to finally find someone who is reliable and honest.

Reliable commitment

We'd been told by another roofer we needed to replace the roof, which did leak badly. MSW, however, found another solution that cost us a lot less money. Robert also did extra work to make sure rain water drained better and refoamed a couple of spots he hadn't anticipated working on. He showed up on time, showed us pictures of everything and his price was fair (it was exactly what he quoted). We will definitely use MSW in the future.

Robert was fantastic, a true lifesaver. We are selling our home, Robert came out, gave us an estimate to ONLY do the required work NOT extra work like other roofing companies wanted me to do (i.e. fixed only water damaged wood NOT replace all the wood on the roof). His folks were extremely polite and their work was extremely thorough. If you don't use MSW for your roofing needs, you are missing out and paying too much. I strongly recommend them
