Initially all went well. A spill was cleaned well. In finishing the job they painted after dark and unfortunately I paid in full. The next day the area they finished was noted to be splotchy, patches of areas were not painted. Despite multiple promises to fix this, they have never corrected the problem over 6 months later. They are just not trustworthy!!

THESE PEOPLE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! Back in February I hired them to paint for me, I paid 1/2 up front and the other 1/2 on the day they said they would be done. They weren’t even done that day, they lied! It started ok but then every couple days they would have an excuse for not showing up & being behind. I made the mistake of not waiting to pay the remaining balance until I checked their work. What a sloppy MESS, Mistakes everywhere! There were spots that were not covered well, there was white on the gray & gray on the white. Didn’t look like they taped around borders or even sanded doors or anything. They hadn’t finished the doors also. As if that’s not bad enough, they used my bath-fitters tub/shower unit like a mop bucket and didn’t wash it out. The paint dried in it, RUINED it & voided my lifetime warranty! When They saw the review I originally left on Angie’s List, he contacted me to apologize and said he would like a chance to fix everything & make it right. I agreed to have my review taken down to give him a chance to fix it I told him if he fixes it I would give them a good review. We agreed on the start date & he kept changing it and once again making excuses to not show up. I kept giving him more time to finish. every day he would ask for another day to finish. This whole time I’m thinking they’re close to finishing so I stop by on my way home from work and I’ll be danged, they lied about going to the house day after day and working. NOTHING had changed or been fixed! The paint cans were unopened and exactly where I left them! They had me believing that they were going to the house day after day, I stayed out of their way when it turned out I should have gone over sooner to check on them. WORST BUSINESS ETHICS EVER!!

Took a little longer than expected due to Mother Nature, but Michael made sure that it was done. They were very detailed with everything. I couldn’t be happier with the way my deck turned out! Definitely will be calling with any painting or staining needs in the future.

I would like to resolve this matter immediately as services have already been rendered and full payment was do upon completion. Sorry for the misunderstanding as we do not offer financing or payment plans, nor do we partake in any criminal activity such as changing the amount of a customers check. Please contact us back so we can resolve this matter. Thank you for your business! Update 7/28/2019 This issue has been resolved for weeks now as the customer only paid $100 for a $1500 job. The customer was pleased with the job completed on 5/15/2019 and decided after all work had been performed that she couldn’t afford to pay and wanted to set up payment arrangements. We are not a finance company and balance was due upon receipt. The customer sent a check for $1000 dollars and then filed a claim with her bank stating that the check was for $100 dollars and that my company had falsified the check. We do not per take in any criminal activity of any kind and would never falsify a check. Since then we decided that the customer made a mistake or is simply trying to ruin our company’s reputation. Customer has since received a $900 refund and we have yet to receive the remaining balance of $1400."
