MT Appliance took care of my freezer ice-maker promptly and efficiently, with plenty of explanations along the way.

Mike with M.T. Appliance was pleasant and courteous, explaining his process as he worked. I would recommend him to others. He was on time and neat.

Very thorough. I gave MT a 2 star review earlier but am rescinding this and changing to 5 stars. I didn't understand the upfront cost and this was not his fault. I would definitely employ his services again. My advice: avoid GE stackable w/d. ☀️

did a great job and diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, ran a cycle to be sure it was good, just adjusted a part said if the part wears out within 6 months he would replace it at no extra charge. I would call back for anything

Mike was very responsive (next day service), personable (nice & friendly), professional & knowledgeable (quickly diagnosed the problem) & trustworthy (returned later that week to install the ordered part). He was also reasonably priced & he guaranteed his service for 6 months. What more could you want!? I will certainly call him first for any future appliance repairs!

Michael was great! Same day response to my initial contact. Next day he was diagnosing the problem. He found the part and I ordered it so no upcharge on part. He came back next business day to install new part. He may not always be able to respond the next day depending on how busy he is but he will respond as quickly as possible. A very personable man, efficient, responsive and he will be my appliance repair man from this point forward.

Oven/stove needed “ports” for conversion from natural gas to propane. Mike made the diagnosis and returned as soon as ports were located and quickly installed them. Unit works great now - professional, prompt courteous service. Mike knows his stuff and did a great job!

Very professional and efficient. Arrived timely, very knowledgeable, and efficiently repaired appliance. Our General Electric large refrigerator was not properly cooling. Found door leakage, ordered the part, and returned to replace the seal. No markup on the part, no added time to repair - entire transaction was very fair. Could not ask for a better experience.

Mike got my washing machine going saved me from having to buy another one! Soooo stressed out with laundry piling up. He saved us and got it running again same day he came out. There were a few other small items I was stressing about, he asked and completed them for me too! Oven light-replaced, washing machine-fixed, worth every penny!
