Miguel "Manger" never came to work site <br /> He only discussed job with me through text messages <br /> They were to take out old aggregate walkway to house and pour another. <br /> The workers did not order the correct concrete mix. It was discussed in text messages that we were to have an aggregate walkway. <br /> The walkway is now a normal smooth concrete sidewalk. <br /> Miguel tried to blame the concrete company. <br /> The proper aggregate concrete mix was not ordered properly by his crew. <br /> <br />

The bid was very competitive and the crew showed up on time and finished well within the estimate.  The team cleaned up and then gave instructions to me about care and maintenance of the concrete for the next few days.  They followed up the next day with removing forms and again cleaning up the area.  <br /> I have received numerous complements on the work and I would recommend them. <br />

They did an outstanding job. They showed up on time and did everything in a day.  They installed everything correctly, fixing the builders errors in building the driveway.  They did what they needed to do.  Even though the drain may have given them more trouble than they were expecting.  Everything works beautifully. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. Some of my neighbors have even started planning on using them.

It went wonderful from the start. I got the estimate the same day I called. Price was very reasonable. He fit me in within a couple of days to to the work. Very pleased with company!

These guys did a great job.  They performed on time and as expected.  I was out of town during much of the work, and Miguel worked closely with myself and my fiancee on perceived issues and questions I had.  Turns out I was wrong for much of what we discussed, and his patience and willingness to work with me were very impressive.  He really went the extra mile to make sure the work was being done as requested, and took the time to handle it in person.  Overall their bid matched the final bill, and it was significantly less than the other 4 estimates we had done (their specs were also superior).  The work looks fantastic and nothing had to be redone or corrected.  I have, and will continue to, recommend their business.   <br /> I guess a lot of these folks giving bad reviews are griping about delays in getting estimates, but in my experience that's consistent with all contractors. Miguel had some scheduling issues but he kept me up to date on any delays in the estimate. <br />

Miguel responded very quickly to our phone call. He came the next day took measurements and give us an estimate. The estimate was the best of the 3 we had gathered. That tilted the balance in choosing him since he had great reviews. The job took 2 whole days. On Saturday morning he came and ripped the old concrete, disposed of it, install rebar and frames. On Monday morning the concrete truck came first thing in the morning and they spend the whole day smoothing, buffing and making sure it was completed to our satisfaction. They were extra clean and left the site like they found it. Miguel was very receptive to my husbands concerns regarding splashing concrete in our newly painted walls, so he covered them with plastic to prevent any accidents. One great thing about Miguel is that he did not treat me as if women had no saying on a job or knew nothing about it. He listened to me and answered my questions. Overall, Miguel and his crew were very courteous, polite, and did a great job. Once he have save enough money to re-do our driveway, they will be the ones we will call. Very happy with the job! <br />

Miguel was great to work with.  Unlike some other contractors that gave me bids, he listened to my issues (my driveway was sloped the wrong direction and rainwater was going into my garage) and helped me come up with the best solution.  It took two days for his crew to remove and replace the old driveway and the result is top notch.  They really seem to know their business and, as a cherry on top, M&T's price was better than the other two bids I received.  I would definitely use them again. <br />

Miguel was prompt and kept in good communication.  He worked with me to verify type of gravel used as the base, and assisted with installation of an improved vapor barrier I supplied myself, (two layers of Tu Tuf #4 and form sides consisting of Foamular 150 glued to the concrete permimeter beam in the garage).  Concrete pour of 5 inches of #4-reinforced 4000-psi concrete when very well, sloping 2 inches from back to front, and smoothed nicely by his team throughout the afternoon into early evening.  Highly recommend M & T Concrete, will ask them back for the rest of the driveway. <br />

Miguel was great. Came day after called and discussed job.  Old driveway was cracked, apparently by tree roots. He made suggestions to reduce the problem. He quote was very competitive. On Friday I notified him it had been approved by the HOA and he was able to schedule to do the work on Monday (was contingent on availability of concrete). Miguel and his crew of 4 demolished and removed the old driveway in a couple of hours (it had no rebar).  They cut out the roots, put down base, doweled rebar into the foundation and sidewalk, formed it, put down rebar and wired it, and prepared an adjacent wall footer all about noon.  The concrete was delivered about 3. They poured it, spread and smoothed it, divided it into 8 parts to reduce chance of cracks by about 5:30.  They carefully washed/brushed to expose the aggregate, removed the forms and filled. Then they did a fantastic clean-up around the yard, spatters on the garage door, the sidewalks, and street - all the way to the end of the block, rinsing and sweeping it multiple times. The finished produce was better than expected - excellent work.  Their equipment is of recent vintage and all tools and equipment were well cared for. They worked very well as a team. They were very well mannered and very responsive.  I'm usually hard to please, but M&T did an outstanding job. <br />

Once they arrived on site they used a jack hammer to bust up the old concrete and hauled off all of the rubble the first day.  the second day they framed the patio and sidewalk in the morning.  They also added rebar to tie the patio into the foundation.  In the afternoon they poured the new patio and sidewalk plus cleaned the few concrete splashes on the house's siding. The third day they came back and removed all of the forms and finished the cleanup and were done by noon time.  All of the men worked continuously from 8am to 6pm each day and only took a 30 minute lunch break.  We were really impressed with the work and everything turned out great.  Now we're looking for a contractor to put up a new patio cover.
