It was amazing, the first time I used MTR Service was for my condo to change lights to LED lights and it was quick and easy and at a good price. I then bought a single family house and I needed to paint the first floor and put new flooring. The flooring looks amazing and the painting was really good. Everything was done in about 3 days. 2 months later I hired again for the flooring on the 3rd floor and it was even better. They came in and in one day they took off all the carpet and put the new flooring in. The work is amazing and the customer service even better. I highly recommend. I will be using them for all my future projects.

It went very well. They had to work with HOA approved materials that are naturally difficult to find. They came in and did very clean work in tight spaces and fixed it up very nicely.

Carlos and his crew did a really great job. Both the bath tubs look brand new after being reglazed, and the master showered looks BRAND SPANKIN NEW with the tiles they installed. Great price and quality work! I would hire them for my next bathroom project :)

MTR Service did a super job repairing damage to the laundry room caused by a stealthy leaky hot water heater. They removed damaged walls, carpet and flooring, replaced studs in the wall that had been damaged by water, replaced damaged drywall with greenboard, removed old carpet and flooring, installed new flooring and painted. They also repaired exterior columns on the front porch, repaired some woodwork on an exterior porch and around guttering, and replaced some support columns under the deck. Quite a mixed bag of repairs! MTR was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive, either - they certainly were the nicest! They were on time, did exactly what they said they would do, added the 2 extra jobs that we had forgotten about, did EXCELLENT work (4 full days!), and then cleaned up when they left. As a bonus, all of the workmen were so pleasant to be around. We could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend MTR Service.

MTR is really a pleasure to work with. Carlos and his staff were perfect from day 1 to the finish of the project. Polite, cleanly, on-time, and the work was top notch - especially the custom shower they built. I intend to use them again for future projects on my home and would recommend them to everyone. Their pricing is also very competitive.

I’m very pleased with the workmanship, value and timeliness of the work MTR Service did for me in April 2019. Had a 26 yr. old shingle roof replaced, entire house with mold growth on Al siding power-washed, some rotten exterior wood replaced and painting of all trim, gutters and garage doors done. The owner, Carlos, responded quickly to provide an estimate, offer advice on what work would be best value and responded to all my questions and requests in a timely manner. His work crews showed up when he said they would, were friendly, professional, and skilled and exhibited great work ethic. Really appreciate that they took time to prep for painting correctly, caulk exterior seams and do the job with care like it was their own home. I had gotten estimates from four separate roofing companies and had two neighbors that had similar work done to compare against. I’m certain that I got the best value. Bottom-line is that they did a great job at a fair price and showed that they can be trusted. I won’t hesitate to contact them in the future for additional maintenance and renovation tasks or to recommend them to others.

Carlos and his painters did a great job. They are very reliable regarding showing up when scheduled. Painting work was done to perfection and the work areas were left very clean.

MTR Service did an excellent job on the painting we had done in our home. We had a sunroom with vaulted ceilings done and trim in the living room. It was such a great experience working with them. They were prompt responding to my request for a quote. The price they quoted was spot on. They were prompt in getting here and they did beautiful work. We are so happy with the results! Can't wait for the next painting job that we need so we can call them. They also do lots of other services (power washing/deck work, installations, etc.) and will definitely call them when we are ready for those jobs. Great group of people.
