Job was performed on time and very well. We had all 4 concrete slabs lifted in the garage as they had sank as much as 3" to 6" over the years. Job was completed in a mornings time with 5 or 6 guys working thru a cold snap. Still can not believe how fast they completed the work and cleaned up! Came in right at budget, no issues. Couldn't have asked for a better more professional crew. Thanks Mud Tech! <br />

Work was satisfactorily completed in early fall 2012, with a 1 year warranty. Over the winter several of the sidewalks slabs sank below allowable tolerance. In Summer 2013 we tried to reach Mudtech for 2 months until they finally responded. They gave us a quote to fix two of the areas no charge and gave us a price to replace a sidewalk slab. We asked them to proceed with the work. We kept checking to see when they would do the work. Finally in mid November they said the weather had turned and the work would have to wait until Spring 2014. <br /> In Spring 2014, our new property manager tried reaching Mudtech and was told our contact person no longer worked there but to email a copy of the last quote and someone would get back to her. She has called them numerous times, and has received NO RESPONSE TO DATE. The warranty work which they agreed to take care of has NEVER BEEN DONE. I would not recommend working with this company. <br />

Great experience. Five man crew, hustled the whole time. Corrected problem flawlessly. Pleasant, polite to a man. <br /> Cleaned up exceptionally well...it can be a rather messy process. I'd call these guys again in a heartbeat. <br />

"MUDTeCH raised the slabs proposed exactly as described in the proposal and as agreed upon with the customer at the time of the estimate to pitch water away from the house. The customer never contacted us about any issues with the work before leaving a negative review. If the customer wanted additional slabs lifted they should have said something to the crew, estimator, or called in."

Mud Tech showed up unannounced on November 4 to mud jack the sidewalk and do the first step of our driveway. A phone call ahead of time would have been greatly appreciated. Two days after the sidewalk was mud jacked a pencil size hole had developed in one of the areas. We took a picture of the hole and e-mailed it to Jim @ Mud Tech ~ no response from him at all. We received a phone call at 7:00 am on November 12th stating that a crew would be out do finish the second part of the driveway that afternoon. They didn't show up until nearly 4:30 (in the dark). The hole in the sidewalk was mentioned again at that time. They completed the work. The sidewalk hole was repaired two days later. Looked at their work in the daylight ~ we were fine with the results, except that Jim had told us that the you wouldn't see a seam ~ you CAN see the seam. We received a bill for the work on November 19. I called the owner of the company (Steve) on the 21st to give him a credit card number to pay for the work. He stated they don't take credit cards. I told him that on Angie's List it says they take checks or Visa, he told me that was incorrect and that <strong>and quot;they don't have time to play on the computer to change that.and quot;</strong> His professionalism was beyond awful! At this point, I don't care how good the work was, the way he treated me was not the way you treat your customers, he was rude and insulting. I would never hire this company again. <br />

"I am very sorry for the lack of communication associated with this job. I acknowledge that there was a mistake on our Angies list page that stated we accept Visa. When Kerry called asking to pay with credit card I was working in the field on another customers job and I told her I didn't think anything online said we accept credit cards as we never have in the past and have no means of doing so. She stated that it was on Angies list and insisted that I check for myself. I told her there must be a mistake and I was sorry but we don't have the ability to receive credit card. I also stated that I was in the field and didn't have access to a computer to check but that I believed her. I asked if there was a reason she needed to pay with credit card and she responded "with such a large purchase it would be nice to get the points from the credit card." I explained that it is not free for companies to accept credit cards and that I would be happy to take a percentage equivalent to whatever she would receive in points off her bill since it was our fault that there was an error online. She refused to take the discount. I again asked if there was any alternative to taking a credit card that would satisfy her since we didn't have the ability to accept them. She stated "you could accept credit card." I am a very reasonable person and will go out of my way to ensure customer satisfaction but on this situation we couldn't come to an agreement. We performed superior quality work that speaks for itself. It is rare that a plug hole fails but we warrant all plug holes and as the complaint states it was repaired in a matter of days. The visible seam in the asphalt is a texture difference between new asphalt and the sealer on the rest of the driveway. If you took a core sample there would be no seam. I can tell you with certainty there is not another company in the state that could have done a better job fixing the asphalt or lifting the concrete. I am sad that we couldn't satisfy this customer. I have updated the site to correct the credit card error."

II had a drainage issue that consumed my backyard and with very little pitch and no where to go with the water, I began contacting companies that install French drains. After talking with several companies, I found Mudtech to be the most knowledgeable, courtesy, and professional. With all of the pricing close, I decided to go with the people that I felt the most comfortable with. Clint, the owner, was hands on and empowered his sales person Ryan to collect all of the details so that Clint and his crew could get the job done effectively.After waiting for the weather to break, Mudtech kept in regular contact with me to keep me up to date on when they would be at my house to get the project done. Prior to starting, I had a few modifications to the project and without hesitation, Mudtech accepted the additional requests (some I paid for and some I did not) and ultimately finished the job in a single day. While I am confident that the drain will work, I most impressed with the condition of my yard upon completion of digging several trenches, hauling gravel, and removing all of the dirt. It was in great condition and the only thing I need to do is water the sod that was replaced. Thank you Mudtech!

I have been in the construction industry for 16 years. Let me tell you these guys are top notch. I had two other estimates from topAngies List contractors but they did not even come close to the professionalism and cost of MudTech. Paul came out to give me an estimate on raising out front porch step that had sunk along with "Grout filling" the void areas under our cement front porch that had washed away over the years. Once I accepted their proposal I received a call from Clint who was the foreman and extremelt professional. They arrived the following morning. Within two hours they had leveled my step and grout filled under my cement porch area. The did a great job cleaning up. My neighbor was so impressed he stopped over to ask if the could give him an estimate on some work. They ended up going across the street and doing my neighbors work as well. You will be making a big mistake if you do not give these guys an opportunity to do your work. I now recommend them to everyone in my subdivison!.Excellent job guys.Thanks

I first contacted MudTech in April 2011. The first proposal was delivered quickly and modified equally quickly when I requested the addition of a curb. After that, it took months of phone calls and emails (through a form on MudTech's site as no email is available) before I was contacted by Steve in August to have the work done with just a day or two notice. <br /> <br /> The driveway was paved, but Steve suggested a concrete curb rather than the originally proposed asphalt curb. I agreed and requested an industrial profile rather than one of the other decorative profiles that MudTech had available. I was told that it would take two weeks to order a pattern for the industrial profile. <br /> <br /> Steve dropped by in September while in the neighborhood on another job to let us know that the pattern would be available soon and the the curb would be completed. <br /> <br /> As of the end of October, the work hasn't been completed and none of my voicemails and emails (through both MudTech's website or Angie's List) have generated a response. I'm starting to look for someone to add a curb. <br /> <br /> I should mention that I have not received a bill for any of the work done so far.

The guys showed up unexpected due to a miscommunication. However, it turned out great. They have this infrared heat unit that melts the asphalt and then they rake it and add new stuff and roll it and it looks just like new. <br /> <br /> Our garage floor was several inches higher than our asphalt driveway and had big openings that would allow rain and snow to get in. I was afraid that with winter coming the stuff would freeze in there and the end result would be our garage floor heaving. MUDtech showed up and heated the asphalt, filled the holes with asphalt and pounded it down in. They smoothed out the approach and rolled it. It is beautiful sloping approach now instead of a big bump. <br /> <br /> The other area was a low spot with the asphalt all broken out. They heated the area, raked it out, added some new asphalt and rolled it smooth. Looks like new. I have a couple more cracked areas that I will have them do next year. This was better than sliced bread and I am really happy with the outcome. Thanks to Steve and the MUDtech crew.

I originally hired Mudtech to patch some rough areas in the parking lot of my rental properties. I came out to watch the process because they convinced me to try a new type of repair they called infrared repair. Wow did that work slick. They just heated the bad spot added new asphalt and rolled it to look like new again. I was very impressed. One of the workers said they could also fix the sidewalk with another crew and asked if I wanted an estimate. They gave me an estimate and it seemed quite reasonable so I approved that work as well. I wasn't there when they mudjacked the sidewalk but they did an excellent job, left the area clean and were in and out without disturbing my tenants. I would highly recommend Mudtech and I do to anyone who asks if I know someone that fixes asphalt or concrete. The whole process went smooth and I will be hiring them again in the future because I have other properties that need repairs this coming year.
