Tim just finished our kitchen in downtown Charleston and it turned out amazing. It was a tricky job with sloped floors, old walls but Tim was patient and completed the work well. He and his crew were incredibly easy to be around and were very tidy at the end of each day. Highly recommend!

The work was started and completed as we had discussed in the contract. This was even after some changes made by us and those were done without any issues. The quality of work is excellent and anyone viewing the house is unable to tell any remodeling was done as the changes blend in perfectly with the existing floor plan. The new designed guest bath is now nicer than the master bath in the house.

Mr. Mullins told us early on, that he really didn’t get into redesign. He took measurements fOr cabinets, countertops and flooring. He seems like a very competent cabinet maker. If that’s what you’re looking for, I recommend him. I don’t think he should advertise as a kitchen design person.

"You did not hire us to do the job. Before I met with you all I specifically explained what my services entail over the phone. Those services are to look at the project, and give you ideas along with an estimate of what the remodel may cost, which I did. For the kitchen remodel we provide a design of the kitchen free of cost once we are contracted for the job. During that process, we usually meet several times to go over drawings so we can give you exactly what you want with in your budget. All of this is mentioned in the purchase offer. I am a cabinet builder as well as a licensed homebuilder with over 20 years experience in home remodeling. We have consulted, and designed almost every kitchen, bathroom, and addition we have done with excellent results. We also have draftsmen, architects, and structural engineers which we employ often. Not only can we design your kitchen, but as licensed home builders we know the cost of all the plumbing, electrical, and structural transformations that may and probably will occur."

We have used Tim for general household repairs since 2009. He is great. The work is always done to the highest professional standards. I have never had to call him back to repair something that he fixed. Once Tim repairs something, it stays fixed. <br />

<p>Tim is very easy to deal with. He has a great eye for detail and takes pride in his work. He built custom cabinetry for my family room as well as kitchens and baths. Tim shows up on time, cleans up and does what he said that he would do. Also, Tim is a nice person to be around. You do not have to worry about foul language or unprofessional behavior in your home. </p> <p>In the first phase, a wall was brought down to open up the family room / dining room area. Custom cabinetry was built to create a focal wall in the family room. A gas fireplace was installed. The kitchen was a total tear down and custom cabinetry was installed as well as new flooring throughout the entire area. The windows, electrical and plumbing were updated at the same time.</p> <p>In the second phase the master bedroom and bathroom were totally renovated. The majority of the work was in the master bath. It was also a total tear down. Tim and I spent a lot of time standing in the empty bathroom trying to figure out the best way to get the most out of a small space. He installed a pocket door leading into the bath and custom cabinetry to get the most storage possible. I have a custom shower with a bench and a shower system. I love my bathroom. It is my favorite room in my house.</p> <p>In the final phase, Tim worked with me to remodel the secondary bath and extra bedroom. I did not want to spend as much money on the secondary bath and Tim worked with me to remodel that bath on a much more scaled down budget. It looks great.</p> <p>When doing both bathrooms, the plumbing and electrical were both updated as well as windows etc. </p> <p>He also did new steps, porch repairs and work to the outside of the house. I basically have a brand new home.</p> <p>I would recommend Tim for a small job or a large job.</p> <br />
