Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
We hired MCR to complete an office build out. MCR took every shortcut available with building techniques commonly following below code standards taking advantage of my county not requiring inspections.
MCR begged for advances the entire project after signing an agreement with payment terms they dictated.
MCR partially completed my project, collected an advance, then blocked all of my calls and has not shown up for 2 weeks leaving my project behind on schedule and us out of funds to complete.
Not "Quality that shows from day one" as advertised.
They advertise: "We build with quality, we work with commitment" This couldn't be further from the truth.
