Neyva did an amazing job spring cleaning my whole house. She was very professional & friendly. She did a great job cleaning my bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, living room. She cleaned everything I asked & more. She even cleaned my all of my window blinds. Definitely will be requesting her again.

They did an excellent job and were very thorough. I thought the price was great and they were finished in the time promised.

<strong>!!! BEWARE!!! MUNOZ CLEANING STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS!!! </strong>      <br /> My name is Shelley, I am writing this letter because I was robbed by ?Munoz <br /> Cleaning Services? Owned and Operated by Carmen Munoz, Amy Munoz the office <br /> contact, and Letty Munoz, the maid and thief. To be exact $5500 in cash was stolen from my <br /> home on Thurs. July 30th, 2015. I am devastated! I found Munoz <br /> cleaning on Groupon and Facebook. I <br /> was scheduled for cleaning service from 12:00 -2:00; an appointment that had <br /> been set the prior day. ?Letty? aka Leticia Munoz, who had <br /> come to my home for the first time, the week before, on Monday, July 20th <br /> (she and another girl came to clean for 2 hours), Letty came on her own <br /> this time. She had called Wed. July 29, the day before to set up a time to come <br /> and clean. She seemed anxious to come over. When she had not arrived at 12 like <br /> expected, I called her to see where she was. She said on her way. Letty <br /> arrived at 12:26 and called from her phone as she walked up the stairs <br /> and was approaching my apartment. She came in with no cleaning supplies at all. <br /> We were going to do laundry first. As we were folding the towels on the bed in <br /> my second bedroom/office, She said to me ?No, no you don?t do, I do, I do for <br /> you.? In other words, that she wanted to fold on her own. Or so I thought. I <br /> stepped into my master bedroom for a few minutes to hang up some clothes, when <br /> I heard her say from the hallway ?Shelley, can I use your restroom?? I said ?Yes.? <br /> She went in the restroom holding her stomach. She was in the restroom about 5 <br /> minutes. This was at 12:45. She came out trembling acting strangely, and <br /> looking scared. She Said ?My, my dad is sick, in Mexico, I must go help my <br /> Sister there.? I said ?Ok, go ahead, we can do this work another day.? She then <br /> hurried up to quickly leave. <br />     Something made me worry, she acted very strange, I got very concerned within a few minutes and I went into my Bed/office where I had my personal savings. Only to discover my money missing, the drawer partly <br /> open, the envelope open and the money that was wrinkled out off its place in <br /> the rubber-band, leaving behind only a small portion of the funds that were for <br /> my own medical needs.  Letty had entered into the drawer while I was out of the room, and stole <br /> exactly $5500 in cash, (100s to be exact). She was not here in my home more <br /> than 28 minutes and only in the bedroom folding for 5 minutes.  I immediately called her when I discovered <br /> the missing money, within about 8 minutes. She answered I asked why she took <br /> it, and to please, please come back. At first she said ?ok I come back? but then <br /> retracted and said ?No, No, why me, you lost it or something, please my dad is <br /> sick in Mexico, I have to go there?? I begged her to return my money, she said <br /> she ?I can?t, I can?t?. I told I would report it to police and to her boss <br /> (relatives apparently). She said ?oh gosh, ok, ok, I come back?. But she never <br /> returned. <br />      I immediately called 911 to report the theft. An officer came by and took the <br /> report, and said them have plenty of evidence to catch her and prosecute, <br /> including witnesses that saw her come and go, surveillance and fingerprints. <br /> Strange thing was that I was concerned a little from the first visit because I <br /> found ?Letty?s? dust rag under a pillowcase I had placed on my jewelry <br /> stand. I had since discovered a pair of earrings were missing, But I wasn?t sure <br /> so I didn?t mention it to her. The officer explained in was apparently a <br /> premeditated set up to Rob my home. <br /> All the evidence points to Leticia Munoz, stealing my cash <br /> medical savings from a closed drawer and sealed envelope. <br />     Carmen Munoz is the Owner of ?Munoz Cleaning Services?. She is also backed by her relatives, Amy <br /> Munoz and Leticia ?Letty? Munoz whom all together are stealing from their <br /> clients. They have been reported to SanDiego Police Dept., Homeland Security, ICE, and BCP for further investigation <br /> of this crime. Included are the BBB ofSan Diego (who have complaints of theft on record), Groupon, Yelp, Facebook and <br /> any other site they may list their services on. Thieves like this must be <br /> stopped and not allowed to continue pretending to work here, only to steal from <br /> the very people trusting them with their private possessions and belongings. <br /> How horrible and violated I feel from this incident. It was my personal savings <br /> to live on, and pay my medical expenses, as I just had surgery a few months <br /> ago. <br />      Shame,shame on those who steal like this and <br /> those that support them. The Munoz?s were given an opportunity to <br /> return the money that was taken, I spoke first with Amy Munoz (appointment <br /> setter) who said ?they would take care of <br /> it?, and then also with Carmen Munoz who also said she would <br /> take action, but they have not and have declined to remedy the matter, and now they <br /> (all 3) face a slew of repercussion?s from this incident, including deportation, <br /> as well as, premeditated Felony charges, according to the police investigating. <br />     If you or anyone you know, has been scammed by the Munoz people, please report it so <br /> they can be caught and stopped from stealing from any more trusting clients. It <br /> makes it hard to ever trust any cleaning services at all. Please help me bring <br /> these thieves to justice. <br /> I will attach a separate note with my Contact Details, for <br /> any help in solving this crime. <br />
