I got them through Angie’s List. They were very professional and very prompt. They were able to come out the same day. They resolved the issue the same day. They were knowledgeable.

He did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the work. The whole time the technician was very professional and great at education me on what he was doing. He was there when he said he was going to be. Overall, he did a great job. I would hire him again in a heart beat and most of all no more mice.

He responded to us quickly and arrived on time. Peter was professional. He did an excellent job and we were really pleased.

When I used Murphys I was reminded as to why I'm a member of Angie's List. Murphy responded quickly, arrived as scheduled and provided the important and necessary service. We were very pleased with the service.

Hired him to get rid of bees that were nesting behind the window shutters and in gutters. He sprayed some white stuff behind the shutters where he could reach from the ground but never paid attention to the upper floors and the gutters. He killed lots of bees but lots more were left for me to spray with cans of spray. |

Mr. Murphy called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was dressed in a shirt and tie. WOW! He was very professional, addressed our problem, gave us a solution and then implemented it. <br />

Mr. Murphy set up an appointment with me and promised to call on his way.  He called the day of the appointment to let me know that he was at another job, but was on target to arrive at the appointed time.  He called later to let me know that he was leaving and was quite far away, but it was still a little before rush hour.  He arrived about an hour late but was able to get the job done in the time frame I had explained when making the appointment.  I was glad that he kept me updated on his ETA so that I did not have to be nervous about getting the work done before I had to leave. <br /> I was very satisfied with the service I received and the explanations of the work done. <br />

I could tell he was experienced in his trade and was personable, yet professional. He took his time to do the job well and didn't rush through it. We were pleased with his services!

He is excellent.  He is very very friendly, very accommodating and trustworthy.  He will go above and beyond normal services when it comes to protecting children from wasps and such.  He treats the outside and inside of the house for his charge, but it is usually an additional charge if we want him to treat our yard for other pests and infestations as well.  We have two young kids, and he didn’t care.  He treated wherever he found wasps to make sure that our kids weren’t getting stung.  He is a very very kind person.  If anything comes up during the month that he has covered our property, he will come out for free of charge and deal with whatever.  Once he had been here earlier in a month to treat for the bugs, and he came back at no additional charge to trap a mouse.  He is fantastic.

My husband thought we had a problem and he came over to look at it.  It was not a problem.  He was honest because he told us that he didn't have to do anything here.  He said just do such things and it will take care of the problem, so it was good.  He had come out six months in a row because we had carpenter ants.
