Russ Musgrove and his crew were extremely professional. Finished the job in only a day and a half. They were like artists designing a sculpture. So precise. We definitely recommend their company to anyone who is in need of masonry, stone work or the like. Great job guys!

He told me when he would come to do the job within a couple of days. He was here, did the job. About a month later i noticed cracks in some of the work he did. I called to come out to repair. Each time he said he would come he never showed up.

Mr. Musgrove was personable and provided estimates for the work that was done as well as for several other jobs. He and his crew performed the repairs a few days later. The repairs look good and we are quite satisfied. We would use their services again. <br />

Russ and his guys repaired our chimney, reset some loose window sills, and repaired a number of unsightly holes that were created when insulation was blown into the house some years ago. As soon as the weather got warm Russ called to schedule the job. They were there next day and had the job done in just over a day. They cleaned everything up afterwards. Russ gave us a fair price and honored the Angie's List discount.

The old material was removed. They provided guidance on how to make an effective repair of damaged (replaced) materials. They did the landscaping to repair the lawn damage from the equipment. The job was completed within two weeks and we were very pleased.

Very good. Employees worked diligently and competently. The owner of Musgrove Masonary contacted me a week before the work began. We went over all the problem areas. He suggested ways to correct deficiencies. We expanded the scope of work from repairing one crack via the Angie's List Coupon to doing the entire brick home's defects and 50 foot cut stone wall. The next week the owner and two work men came on schedule. They went over the work that need to be done. The owner left and the two workers did what was required and cleaned up afterwards. The following day the owner and two workers came promptly at 9:am, washed down the brick work and payment was made. <br />

RUSS MUSGROVE AND HIS TEAM WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE AT MY HOME THREE DAYS AND WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. RUSS WAS ALWAYS THERE TO INSPECT THE WORK HIS CREW DID AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. HE WAS VERY GOOD WITH CONTACTING ME BY PHONE WHENEVER HE HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE PROJECT AND ALWAYS GETTING BACK TO ME WHEN I HAD A QUESTION.. RUSS IS A PERFECTIONIST ABOUT HIS WORK AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE HE TOOK COVERING ALL OF MY PLANTS AND TREES AROUND THE WORK AREA. I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE RUSS BACK AGAIN FOR ANY OTHER WORK. <br />

well. the job looks good. Workers went straight to work when they got here. Even kept working n the rain. Job complete, clean up good. Chimney loos great.Even a crack n the rear of my home was also repaired. <br />

Russ Musgrove and his crew were great! The owner of the company supervised his crew's work well. The crew were all very dedicated to doing a job that I'd be happy with. They worked hard to match the new brick with the old and checked in with me frequently for my opinion. They fixed up my front porch in a very economical way (entire brick replacement would have been much more expensive, so they used Rdex to make a durable and attractive cover over the old crumbling brick). They showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, were neat and professional, and always courteous. It was a pleasure to have them working at my house. My only concern was that they didn't replace a small section of brick that I thought they would. Overall though, Musgrove Masonry was excellent. <br />

They were very professional and did a very good job. Although they were not the cheapest quote, the work was so good it was worth the money. They cleaned up after the work was done and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely use him again.
