Mr Hardin did the inspection in a few hours and covered every part of the home. He pointed out several areas which needed attention that I never would have noticed. He was well spoken and gave me several suggestions on how to improve and make my home more efficient, safe and marketable. The report was easy to read and included pictures, and even thermal images to point out the specific areas of concern, which was very helpful! It took just two days to recieve the very detailed and professional report. I am very pleased and would highly reccomend his services.
