"This member purchased two BIG DEAL coupons on 4/6/11. Their service was scheduled and performed on 4/7/11, not 4/15/11 as reported by this member. This member had far more pet waste to be cleaned than the BIG DEAL coupons purchased would cover. Member chose to decline any additional discounted service at the time of cleaning. On 4/7/11 that same evening, we emailed this member, offering in writing additional work to clean the pet waste from their rock beds at the same discounted BIG DEAL rate, with no response from this member. Our regular pricing is clearly posted on our website, and we are in line with our local competition. The BIG DEAL that was offered and purchased by this member, represented an additional 50% off our normal published pricing. We are rated #1 in Denver for our customer service, because we do follow up with every client. We do our best to provide the outmost customer service, yet when the member doesn't respond, we will not overstep our bounds to attempt to sell additional services. We performed the work contracted, at a discounted rate, and offered this member additional discounts with no response from member."
