Mutley's Maid exceeded my expectations, and that is even after I read all the reviews and expected good service. Well, not only did they do a professional job, they even made the backyard look a little better by raking the rocks. I have a really annoying backyard, its almost all rock and stepping stones, and cleaning dog poop from that is difficult. Well, they not only picked up the poo, they made sure the tiniest pieces were also removed. I've used other services in the past, and those services were mediocre at best. Mutley's Maid has created an environment for my dogs that is clean and safe now!!! A+++ service for sure!

The owner of Mutley's Maid is awesome! She is responsive, professional and makes sure the job is done correctly every time. She makes sure her employees understand how she wants the job done and stands behind their work. I wish all companies were this good to deal with.

I left a message they got right back to me. There were able to come the next day. They were really professional and willing to work with me. We set up a time, but I was running late she was okay with that told me not to work. They went over the yards three times had me do a check. They did an amazing job I would hire them again.

It went a lot better for us than it did for them. We had a rental property. It has a large yard. The people lived there for eighteen months. It looked as if they never picked up after their pets the whole time they lived there. Muttley's Maid came in and cleaned up. They probably ended up doing a lot more than they anticipated. They didn't charge me anything extra. As I recall, they commiserated very well with my wife. My wife was appalled at the situation the yard was left in and they had some very nice sharing.

I called, they came within hours they will work weekly or once in a while , they are very reasonable. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with them. Leslie ( the owner) was a very nice lady. They were very fast and efficient. <br />

We purchased the coupon via Angie's List. They immediately called to introduce themselves. We had a nice conversation about our needs. They have been coming every week and have done a great job. They even came after it snowed which was a surprise. I would definitely recommend them. <br />

They are very nice and easy to work with. They come every Monday and it’s always completed. Their price is comparable to what we paid when we lived on the east coast.

"This member purchased two BIG DEAL coupons on 4/6/11. Their service was scheduled and performed on 4/7/11, not 4/15/11 as reported by this member. This member had far more pet waste to be cleaned than the BIG DEAL coupons purchased would cover. Member chose to decline any additional discounted service at the time of cleaning. On 4/7/11 that same evening, we emailed this member, offering in writing additional work to clean the pet waste from their rock beds at the same discounted BIG DEAL rate, with no response from this member. Our regular pricing is clearly posted on our website, and we are in line with our local competition. The BIG DEAL that was offered and purchased by this member, represented an additional 50% off our normal published pricing. We are rated #1 in Denver for our customer service, because we do follow up with every client. We do our best to provide the outmost customer service, yet when the member doesn't respond, we will not overstep our bounds to attempt to sell additional services. We performed the work contracted, at a discounted rate, and offered this member additional discounts with no response from member."
