Work by workers was ok - dumpster was supposed to be delivered into driveway - company sent truck too big to maneuver into driveway - left without dumpster being dropped off - MV Champion did not fix that problem and just ripped everything off into driveway. Still picking up roofing nails 3 weeks later. Was supposed to be a tear off and replace, towards end of project MV Champion just roofed over existing roof on lower levels - not originally contracted - this should have cost me less money since less labor was involved. Paid for dumpster that didn't come and labor that wasn't used. Shingles come with 25 year warranty, transferrable to next owner - MV Champion refuses to send me warranty information in writing. Needed a certificate of liability/worker's comp insurance for HOA - supplied a incomplete certificate - had to chase MV down for 3 weeks - I finally had to contact his insurance broker for proper paperwork. many attempts to contact via phone/text - some were answered some weren't. Disappointed.
