I had a team of two lady’s come to clean my house for the first time. My house is 2,500 sf and it took them about three hours to clean. They did a nice job and I scheduled them for a second cleaning in two weeks.

It went great. Two people came and spent 4 hours each dusting, sweeping, mopping etc. They worked the entire time and were very thorough. I would recommend them highly. In fact, I've already told two neighbors who inquired about Angie's List and MV Max Clean. Thank you!!!!

Last week, I had the opportunity of using a new cleaning service by the name of MV MaxClean. I found them on Angie's list. After various attempts to find a quality Craigslist service provider, (three times) I gave up... two I sent home as soon when they showed up and the other never showed up!? It was unbelievable! Claudia and her team from MV MaxClean not only showed up on time but came prepared and equipped to execute the job. They were very friendly, industrious and adhered to the agreed-upon time schedule. Don't even bother calling craigslist as it may not even be safe, I recommend in MV MaxClean, they were very detail oriented and made me comfortable enough to leave my home and run to the bank. (UPDATE) They accidentally took a drain stopper out of my laundry sink and when I inquired about it, she called me right back, said she located it and was willing to drive over immediately (which I told her to wait until the next service) because I look forward to having them in my home again! How many cleaning services would do that? Thank you.

Housecleaning was unsatisfactory. Did not move things to dust. Just a really bad job. Forgot to clean shower. Was going to give them a second chance but they did not show up as scheduled.

If there is by any chance a problem we don't leave until the job is done right. If mistakes are found after we leave we try to come back and clean anything missed free of charge. As for coming back mary and the ladies did come back for a second cleaning but I do not recall making an appointment for a 3rd time, we also were never told about any mistakes. Also the equipment we use are professional chemicals and disinfected rags, if the costumer requests to use their equipment we are fine with it, but in some cases they are hard to clean with. I called and made sure to apologize but again we apologize that you were not satisfied with our work and for the inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your feedback we will make sure it doesn't happen again."
