After going on Angi's List, I was contacted by Cristobal Vilorio of MVP Commercial Roofing. He came right over and got up on the roof and came down with photos of the spots needed to be patched up. We agreed on a price which he gave me in writing, and gave me a 24 month warranty. Once we agreed on a price he and his crew came right over and got onto the roof and in no time they were finished! When he had finished he came down and showed me photos of the finished product. Since then we have had some substantial amount of rain and we have not had any leakage. I am very happy with the job Cristobal and MVP Commercial Roofing has done! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I thought I needed my flat roof completely replaced due to a hole caused by a branch in a wind storm and leaks I could not locate. Mr. Vilario came out to give us an estimate, saw the hole, and patched in on the spot for free. He then sent me three estimates, one for repairing the edges of the roofing (replacing a six inch border all the way around), one for a coating to be put on next summer, and one for a complete replacement. He explained the repair job. When he came (after one weather delay) He not only did the repair, but climbed up on the main roof of the house and blew off the leaves and then repaired rubber gaskets around three vent pipes. He went above and beyond!

We needed a flat roof specialist to replace a rolled asphalt flat roof that failed. When MVP showed up they immediately diagnosed the failure and recommended a seamless PVC membrane instead of rolled asphalt. Not only did MVP deliver as promised the PVC flat roof, they disassembled and reassembled our brand new deck (over the roof) in the process. Can’t say enough good things about this outfit, they are highly ethical, detail oriented, with great customer care, and deliver all of that for a fair price. Having dealt with numerous contractors over several years doing extensive whole house remodeling, I can say without reservation that MVP is a “10”.

Feel very fortunate to have had MVP roofing remove a very old, and leaking, flat roof and replace with new membrane. Chris, the owner and installer did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price. The project had some complicated pieces to it and Chris did a great job figuring it out. I highly recommend this man and his company for anyoneâ s roofing needs.

He wasnâ t some fast talker who wants to get as much money out of you as he can. He cares more about his reputation and that your satisfied. He took his time explaining to me and showing me pictures of my roof and what it required, letâ s just say I know more about my roof than I did before and very grateful for him and his crew.
