Martine was very nice and friendly, but I was somewhat disappointed in the quality and amount of work that was done for the money paid. I was quoted between $100-200 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. When she arrived she said it would be $225. I am a full-time working mother of 3 with an extensive cleaning history and references to boot. $225 is a lot of money to be paid for a cleaning job, but i thought, since she came on short notice that it was a factor in the price and I was glad to pay her for her hard work. She was there cleaning while I tended to other chores for 2.5 hours. She did not vacuum the master bedroom, and the bathroom mirrors had to be re-cleaned. I had requested dusting the bedrooms and living areas as well as part of the quote, but that did not happen. In addition, I had asked her if she wouldn’t mind to wipe a spot of toothpaste off of the bathroom cabinet and its now scratched up and will need to be repainted (mind you that the kiddos get toothpaste on the cabinets all of the time and I can remove it without damage). I provided all of the cleaning supplies but I’m pretty sure that she mostly used Fabuloso. This was the first time that I have ever hired someone to I help me clean, especially with a work history of cleaning. But I have just been so busy, that I just couldn’t keep up. What I paid her was more than 8 hours of my own pay. So while her work wasn’t horrible, I did expect more. I was hesitant to leave a review, but I felt that other people just needing a little extra help like me should be aware of how their hard-earned-money would be spent.

Good! I have special products that work best on my furniture and floors. Martine was very willing to use them. It took a little time to get used to them and she was open to troubleshooting when results weren't ideal. She works hard, and is honest and friendly.

MW Cleaning was on time and was very professional, She did a great job deep cleaning my home and I was very pleased! I will be working with her moving forward.
