Sweep & Line LLC

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They stole our money and never completed the job. We have been left with just the framing of a deck and some materials. Their communication has been terrible since the beginning. Days they said they would come they never showed up, and times they said they would be here they showed up hours later. When we reached out to see when/if they would be here we received no reply. We are going to have to take action elsewhere to try and have our deck finished.

I hired Sweep and Line to perform a service on my chimney. At first they were responsive and everything was going well, until I gave them the deposit. Since that time, it has been incredibly frustrating to get scheduled and I have ultimately requested my deposit be refunded, but they still wont communicate with me. I feel like they are not very professional and I wont be recommending them to anyone.

They did not do the job.

We hired this company, made a deposit, and set up an appointment. He did not show up, and after contacting him, we scheduled another appointment. He promised he would be here but, again, never showed up. After several attempts to contact him, we have given up. We are very frustrated and disappointed..

The best work ever, better than all the rest, did everything right

He is not reliable , undependable ,he does not get back nor call you for updates. I would give them a zero rating. I am so disappointed . He kept promising that he would come back but he did not and he tore my fireplaces apart . He started it but did not finish.

They provided lots of info and showed me every step of what was wrong if anything was.

I was renovating my home and I decided to hire this company as they were fairly new to the community and I like to be supportive of small business. I would highly recommend them to service your chimneys and fireplaces, as well as any kind of stoves that you may have. The gentleman was very kind, positive and knowledgeable of the services he was rendering. He was quick to get back to us, if he didn't have an answer he was able to get one in an appropriate amount of time. He showed up on time and he did a full inspection and took the time to go over every detail with us to make sure that we were comfortable and making the right decision. He did allow us to give us time to think about the decision and after thinking about it we hired him. Coming to do the work he was on time, pleasant, respectful, cleaned up after himself, got the work done in a timely manner. He was also willing to work around our work schedule which can be quite hectic at times which is something that doesn't always happen. After all was said and done he did a test run and everything was working beautifully and we couldn't be happier. He also made sure that we had all of our materials that we needed, paperwork and understood that if we needed anything or had questions that we could call. I would definitely recommend you hire him for this service.
