2 person team came. They spent a total of 3 hours (1.5 hrs each) between the 2 people on one bedroom and bathroom and then told me that they could spend a total of 5 hrs (2.5 hrs each) to do the whole house. When I told them that they had to clean the rest of the house in 2 hrs (1 hr each), they started to negotiate with me on time and money. Then room and bathroom they spent 3 hrs on was still dusty, floors not mopped and was not cleaned or sanitized properly. They ended up not cleaning all the bedrooms. Also one of the workers got their son (who did not work for the company) to help with cleaning. And one of them had some issue (not sure if intoxicated) and very argumentative. I chose them because they had done a good job in the past, but seems like their quality has gone down since. Will not use them again.

the company is a scam. the cleaning was great. asked for a estimate when hiring ... talked to Luis during the day , talked with the workers... left them alone. they gave me a bill for $840.00!!!! never said a work to me all day... they had my phone number.... I never signed up for a $840.00 cleaning. my invoice was written on a paper napkin!! for this reason do not hire... also they tore the film on the slider... which now I I am responsible for as it is a rental.

They are very thorough, polite and careful. They bring their own supplies and do an excellent job. I have been able to call and easily reschedule cleaning appointments due to travel or house guests. I have zero complaints, have used My Cleaning Angel for 2 years and plan to continue to use them.

I have been a monthly customer of My Cleaning Angel for more than two years. Luis and his team are top notch. They communicate well, do a great job and are always so friendly. I also feel they often go above and beyond. This week we had a last-minute schedule change for a realtor to come view our home. Luis not only bent over backwards to help us out with the schedule change, he also came out in person that day to ensure we were able to meet the tight deadline. Worse house cleaning service I have ever received!!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Booked this service based on reviews on Angie's list and the awards. Booked 2 hours of cleaning with team of 2. Schedule booked for arrival between 2-3pm. Didn't arrive by 3pm with no phone call to advise they were running late. Called owner and he said they would be there in about 20 mins and gave me an attitude and didn't seem to care for my business. Decided to give them a try anyways, understanding that sometimes, things happen out of your control and you run late. They didn't arrive until 3:45pm. When they arrived, explicitly requested 3 main areas of focus: bathrooms, dusting, and kitchen. Team moved very slowly and took their time, spoke in Spanish amongst themselves and kept sighing as if they didn't want to be there and can't wait to be done. Bathrooms were cleaned poorly, with shower doors and railings still with lots of calcium and lime residue. Asked them to revisit it and they blamed it on the poor condition over the years and I'd have to pay them extra to stay and clean it better. We have our house professionally clean each month and just decided to switch to My Cleaning Angels this month, so the build up is not excessive and that excuse has no merit. In the end, they didn't even clean my kitchen (one of the 3 areas I asked them to focus on) and said time was up. Tried calling the owner to let him know about the experience but he wouldn't answer. Overall, very poor quality service and unprofessional. Owner will promise you're in good hands but you truly aren't. And they don't seem to care about earning your trust and business either...kind of a "take it or leave it" attitude. I typically don't write reviews but this was such a horrific experience that I thought other members who rely on reviews to select a provider should know. This was also my first time using Angie's List as a recommendation so I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience. Hope this review helps with your decision on whether or not to give this provider a try. P.S. $99 is an introductory rate for 1st time cleaning. They wanted to charge $140 for a monthly cleaning of a 1,700 sq. ft. home. Extremely pricey, especially for the lousy level and quality of service. Again, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Understand cleaning companies are more expensive than cleaning ladies. We're Licensed, Bonded & Insured and we provide all the cleaning supplies. $40 to clean you house is just impossible (remember your house is : 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 story, 1879 sq feet). We recommend 2 ladies for 2.5 hours each on average If you want a good job total of $160 monthly. I assure you with the quality of work we provide we are a better value than the competition GUARANTEED ! I sent you one of my Best Team to make sure you'll get a good job. The house was in terrible shape to our standards. So the first cleaning it does take more time. The Cleaners I sent you are fluent in english. We are in business to stay in business not to go out of business. We always want to make sure our customers are EXTREMELY happy with our service after every single visit. To all our customers we guarantee an excellent job EVERY TIME !"

The cleaning staff was very professional. They arrived on-time. They were well equipped and prepared to perform all the necessary work. I gave them some direction as to my expectations and they focused on what was most important to me first. They worked very efficiently, and I was amazed at how much they accomplished in the time they were here. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly hire them again.
