Absolutely outstanding in every respect. Anthony and son took great care in my home, with my refrigerator, and with my food. Anthony took time to explain his findings and make recommendations. I would welcome them back if I was unfortunate enough to have another appliance fail on me. The result: repair would exceed value of refrigerator and I paid a reasonable service call charge. When they left, it looked like they never had been there. Many thanks to a great team!

<p>Technician called while he was at the rental and explained what was broken and what it would cost.  It sounded reasonable to me so I told him to go ahead and I would pay for it with my credit card.  He took the credit information and performed the repair.  Michael was pleasant and courteous throughout and I would not hesitate to call this company again for repairs at both of my houses.</p> <br />

He answered telephone calls, called me to verify the appointment, and he showed up when he said he would.  He and his son worked on it, and they installed a part that the washing machine company had provided to me already.  He tested the machine before he left to make sure it was working ok.  He was willing to come out in the country for a service visit; sometimes it is hard to find a repair person who will do that.  Very professional and upfront with communication. I would definitely call him in the future for any other repairs I might need. <br />

<p>showed up on time and immediately fixed the dryer I then mentioned the refrigerator and he suggested cleaning the coils I told him that II clean them with the vacumn regularly, but he suggested his way was better and OMG the amount of dirt and animal hair he got was embarrassing.  He was fantastic.  I have had a lot of repair men over the years but he was great.  Highly recommend him.</p> <br />
