It was good. It seems okay. The computer is working pretty good. Although I don’t use it everyday but when I use it I don’t get any warnings about anything. The guy was very good with his business. I only paid the $59 big deal.

Jason called me back the same afternoon I purchased the package, and sent an email to confirm the day and time he would call. Jason called on time, and spent almost 3 hours clearing the computer of viruses that was causing continuous pop-ups. He was most friendly, and did a terrific job! One price, no hourly pricing, and a great job! <br />

Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly. Showed what work he did. I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues. Computer works fine and problem resolved. I would use My Computer Buddy again. <br /> Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do. <br />

I had purchased a big deal for the service and it did not turn out very well. The big deal was $49 for a remote computer tune up. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up.

When we finished working on your daughters machine I had her verify the computer work fine before we ended the remote session, as I do with all of my clients. We did not provide a detail list of what was done,has your daughter did not inform us that you wanted a detail list of what was done. We also apologize for taking about 4 hours to complete the service, as your daughter Wi-fi was having providing problems during time of service, and we did not charge you guys for the extra time, unlike most other computer companies. We are not held responsible for any online activity that was done the last 2 months since time of service. Again we apologize for your dissatisfaction and would like provide you service again to fix any problems your are now experiencing."

I requested service on Friray night 1/24/15 ( I was having major problems with my browers b ing hijacked and redirected). O wanted to have my computer fixed Monday. <br /> Jason contacted me on 1/24/15 to set up a time for Monday 1/26/15. He walk me through preparing my computer for him to remotely access and repair my system. He was very professional and knowledgable. After my problems were fixed on Monday, he contacted me the next day to make sure that every thing was up and running to my satisfaction. <br /> Jason show exceptional customer service, which is rare today, he made me feel that he was there to solve my problems and prevent future problems. He one vendor I will keep on my list for future service and I will recommend him to others. <br />

It was very simple getting on-line and letting them do the work remotely. I just followed instructions and all went well to get control of my computer after a huge attack!! Everything updated, free virus/spyware protection and up and running perfectly!!

After My Computer Buddy helped me get my computer ready, he logged in and worked non stop to clear out the viruses and malware and then installed some free software to protect my system. <br /> <br />He did an excellent job and was very punctual and efficient. He worked over an hour and then double checked with me to make sure I was satisfied. <br /> <br />Exceptional customer service!

I purchased the service and was contacted by Jason very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to take over my computer. I had a few questions before hand and Jason responded to those quickly as well. He sent me a couple of text messages before our scheduled time and emailed me the instructions on how to let him take over. I was able to watch him manipulate my computer the whole time. He spent about 2 hours cleaning up extra "junk" that was on my computer, eliminating numerous viruses my computer had contracted and he installed free anti-virus programs for me. When he was finished, he asked that I take some time browsing the web while he watched to be sure that I was not experiencing any of the same problems. After that he called and went over everything he did, gave me some great suggestions and showed me the details of the anti-virus programs he installed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely use his services again, but hope I don't have to!

AMAZING!! Jason, the owner, was very professional, courteous, helpful and GOOD! He was able to respond to my request for help the same day of the request (actually within only 3 hrs) and accessed my computer by remote access. I watched as he worked his magic and it was very apparent that he really knew what he was doing! I was shocked at the number of viruses on my computer. The last virus that had prompted my call for help had uninstalled my virus protection software and even interfered with my ability to allow remote access for My Computer Buddy via the internet, but Jason was able to work around that by providing a link through email. Jason charges one flat fee - not an hourly rate - and provides an additional 5% discount for Angie's List members. He provided free software for virus protection and other malware protection. Unlike other and quot;big nameand quot; computer companies, he did not charge extra for every little extra thing he did (and there were many). He worked on my computer for over 3 hrs, provided education on ways to avoid future problems and made suggestions as to the best internet browser to use. My computer is so fast today, the day after his repair. I am so impressed! I will recommend his services to all of my friends and family! <br />

He remoted into my laptop and he cleaned out all of the viruses and annoying pop-ups from my laptop, and also deleted allot of old junk files on my laptop to help speed it up. He also downloaded a free antivirus protection on my laptop and also educated me on how to best protect myself from future viruses attacks. <br />

He arrived on time and got right to work. The young man knows his stuff. Very well skilled. I have used him twice. The second time, we did a remote service and he did not have to come to my house. It was amazing. From his computer, he was able to tap into my computer. I could see everything he did on my computer, with my permission of course. He was able to get my computer working properly and I even had him install some other software to help protect my younger kids and their down loading, or is it up loading? <br /> Jason did an extremely wonderful job and would gladly recommend him to my friends and family. Very trust worthy and sweet young man. <br />
