They did an amazing job. They were on time , professional and very friendly. This was my first time having a professional clean my home and they did better than I expected. Actually did a better job deep cleaning than I do.

Both house cleaners were super nice and professional. Joyce was “head cleaner”. Not only was she professional, her personality was awesome. Both were careful not to break anything. Joyce say that my headboard to my bed was like over the top dusty and she took it upon herself to clean it (she said “I couldn’t let you sleep with all that dust over your head” even though I told her she didn’t have to worry about my side dressers or my Head and footboard to my bed!!! Neither left a speck of dust in my home and my wood floors were beautiful…all dog hair was gone off my couches also.

The cleaners were courteous and professional. They did a great job cleaning up our house after a major renovation. They are also very organized and had all the different cleaners labeled to keep mistakes from happening.

I have 2 ladies (always the same leader) every week, clean kitchen, media room, living room, dining room, 2 1/2 baths, and 2 bedrooms. We also have indoor dog. They do a great job and work efficiently. I work from home and they are very respectful of my workspace and privacy. They are very personable and flexible with my cleaning needs. The owner does an initial walk through to discuss your needs and establish your price - which is very fair. I highly recommend.

Not as well as i had hoped. I ordered job for my daughter who lives in another state that had just had baby by c section and needed house cleaning help. I feel embarrassed at the poor quality of this vendor. They did not do a good job on the tub and had to be asked to redo. I am curious how they got such high rating and awards if this is typical of their housekeeping. I questioned the client advertising 3 HRS for 2 people IF they send 2 people for 1 1/2 HRS that should be explained upfront otherwise their advertisement is misleading. At any rate 1 person working the same amount of time could do more cleaning than 3 bathrooms. I have had my whole house cleaned with 2 bathrooms by one person in 2 hrs.

"Mrs [Member Name Removed], we like to respond quickly and with accuracy. First, we are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience. We strive to get cleanings correct if something was missed. We ask our clients if something is missed, we will come back and fix it. 1. We typically do estimates on homes as we are the experts. Typically, cleanings of this sort and condition take longer than 3 hrs. Or 1 1/2 hrs w two cleaners. I.E. 3 man hours. 2. As far as the advertising, it is not only explained when we talk to you (your daughter was made aware) but also on Angies list site it is clarified. As you stated, 2 cleaners were there for an hour and a half which is 3 hrs of man hours. Unfortunately, some homes just cannot be cleaned adequately in this allotted time. We offer more time to do a proper clean. 3. We win awards due to our professional demeanor, willingness to work for our clients, and get it right. We are not always perfect, but we do get it right. 4. You are correct, some homes can be cleaned in 2 hrs by one cleaner. We have those clients as well. We were cleaning your daughters home. As you stated, we got 3 bathrooms and dusting. Thank you for your comments. We take very seriously criticism and look at were we can improve. If you would like to give us a call, we would be glad to explain in detail and help you in any way possible."

It went very well. The team was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and very attentive to any and all of my needs and requests. They cleaned everything and double checked everything. They cleaned inside and out of all the cupboards and cabinets and even got all the medicine cabinets and under the sinks. They were also very pleasant and enjoyable, and seemed to be enjoying themselves while cleaning.

We were referred to My Fair Maid by a co-worker, who knew that we were looking for a weekly service to have our business cleaned so that it would be a fresh atmosphere at the beginning of the work week. They met with us and did a walk through at which we discussed our goals and expectations. We have since been with them for over a year, and they continue to deliver a quality service along with a personality that is welcoming. We look forward to a long term relationship with My Fair Maid.
