They did a great job. Came right on time to remove the faucet and returned as scheduled to reinstall. Very pleasant and professional. I'd use them again.

I will NEVER recommend this company. I have been trying to get my refund for over 6 months now and everyone has no clue how to resolve my issue. In October 2023, I filed a claim with my home warranty company. They connected me with My Georgia Plumber, who called and requested their $75 service fee upfront. I paid it. I realized within hours that I no longer needed the appointment. I called My Georgia Plumber and requested a refund for my $75. I was told by Sophia at My Georgia Plumber that I would need to call Choice Warranty to request my refund. I spoke to Mikey at Choice Warranty and he confirmed that My Georgia Plumber was responsible for refunding my service fee. I called My Georgia Plumber back and spoke to Kristine who advised she would try to reverse the payment and to allow 7 business days. I never received that refund. I called My Georgia Plumber back and advised I never received the refund and as told they put in a request for the refund and to allow 30 days for it to process. I never received that refund. On 11/16/2023, I called My Georgia Plumber and was told it would be best to file a dispute with my bank. I did on the same day. It was denied because the initial transaction was authorized. I called My Georgia Plumber back and was told Jessica, the supervisor, would call me back. I never received that call. On 2/9/2024, I called My Georgia Plumber and left a voicemail for Lauren Alderson to call me back. I received no call back. Called My Georgia Plumber and finally spoke to Jessica who said she would look into it and call me back. I missed her return call & when I tried calling her back, she didn't answer and now won't call me back. On 5/7/2024, I called My Georgia Plumber and spoke to Kristine. I requested she connect me with the owner, Katrina D'Errico. She said Ms. D'Errico said she saw my file and would look through it and give me a call back on the same day. I never received that call. On 5/13/2024, I called My Georgia Plumber and spoke to Kristine and advised that I have yet to hear back from the owner, Katrina D'Errico. She said she showed the task was still assigned to her, so she feels confident the owner will still look into it and call me back. She also suggested I call Choice Home Warranty and request the 'accounting' department and file a claim to have my 'Trade Fee' returned to me. I called my home warranty company, and they, again, were baffled that this company would think they would refund my service fee when THEY collected it. So, now I guess I have to wait for the owner to do her job and review my account and refund my money.

They were nice, helpful and fast. The company needs to have a better payment process. They had to take a pic of my card for the office to process and I didn't like that. I also had to ask for receipt of the payment. Since that's admin stuff I still give them a 5 for the work.

Awful service! Worst plumbing company in the region. I wish I can give them a negative rating. My garbage disposal was non-functional and water was leaking under the sink. My home warranty company reached out to them to replace the garbage disposal. They sent a technician who when came, with-in a minute asked to replace the disposal. They sent a report as general plumbing issue to my home warranty company and charged me my out-of-pocket fee. Again, they sent another diagnosis report saying the garbage disposal needs to be replaced and asked to create a new work order to my home warranty and asked me to pay the out of pocket again. I paid once again, thinking they will work sooner on this. My insurance approved the claim and again they asked another $85 from me, the reason is like return fee or trade fee, different people mentioned different things and they were not able to clarify why they are asking that. My home warranty company reached them out so many times and they did not respond at all. My home warranty company asked me not to pay anything, but they kept saying they need $85 otherwise they cannot schedule appointment. I suffered for 2+ weeks with all these back-and-forth whereas the disposal replacement is just like 15 minutes job. I then requested my home warranty to look for another vendor. They did and the next vendor replaced just in a few hours. Their staffs (like Sylvia, Sophia) are very rude, they do not hear from customer rather keep talking adamantly. When I asked to talk to their manager (Jessica it seems) they say they will talk to her and she will call, however that person never shows up or calls back to customer. I will never ever reach out to them on any future service need.

The service tech, Chandler, came out on Thursday, Nov 10th. He said he had to tear out some of my sheetrock to get access behind the tub. I specifically asked Chandler if he had a flexible camera scope that he could put through a small hole to see behind the wall. Chandler replied and I quote, "no, but any and all repairs to the wall are included in our price." Because he agreed to repair my wall, I gave him my credit card to begin the job. Behind the wall was dry as a bone. Dusty, actually. Apparently, there was a slow leak from the faucet. A new tech came out Friday, Nov 11th to repair the shower head and install a new shower valve and fixtures. The tech finished the job within an hour and charged my card for the balance. However, they did not repair the hole in my bathroom walls and it's four days and going on five days that the job is not completed. I have spent countless hours and text messages and emails communicating back and forth with Dan Weigle and his staff about honoring their word. No company can say anything they want to get the work but then renege when it's time to do the work. Everyone is now saying they do not do drywall work. Then say that at the beginning so that I can plan and budget accordingly. This is NOT the way any company in America should operate. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again. Bad News!!!

My Georgia Plumber did an amazing job at helping us get our waterline replaced when it had busted and we were out of water for 1 day. The office staff is amazing as well quick responding and very friendly, they seem to want to take care of their customers in the best timely manner. I would definitely call them again if we are ever in a situation again.

It was amazing!!! All of the plumbers were so kind and courteous and the price was not as high as I thought it was going to be. I will definitely be recommending!! If you need plumbing services done I would definitely think about booking with them.

My Georgia Plumber was called out to my house due to a leaking water heater. They were able to come out the very next day. Once on site, the tech diagnosed the issue and recommended replacement. They were able to complete the job the same day. Very courteous and reasonable. I wish I remembered the technicians name! But would hire again for any plumbing needs.

Not only great, but superb. Michael...there are three Michaels...fixed faulty plumbing on the dishwasher done by contractor. On later occasion, they put in new toilet interiors to stop constant water running. They are polite, professional, clean up after themselves, etc. They are the only plumber we will use.

I called on Monday to discuss having someone come out the next day. During our discussion, I asked for a cost estimate. I was transferred to another representative who quoted a price which seemed agreeable to me and we set the appointment up for the next day. When the plumbers arrived, they told my wife that the quote I received was only for the kitchen faucet and the actual total price would be almost three times as what I was told. In light of the fact that we had guests arriving, I really had no choice but to go ahead and have the work done that day. I called the office back to voice my displeasure and was given an apology and a promise that someone would call me back soon to discuss the problem. As I write this review a day and a half later, I have yet to receive the promised call. (I had been promised a call back earlier in the day as well regarding another question. It never came either.) For the record, the plumbers who performed the actual service did a good job and the gentleman I spoke with who explained all of this to my wife and me was apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. I wish I had the same opinion of the people in the office with whom I spoke. My advice: Do your research!

A week later we still had a leak and called them back out.

He was a very rude man. I don't do well with people who are loud, rash or excessively egotistic.

They came out the very next day to ***** the situation, and scheduled the repair two days later by squeezing us in. Mike was honest, courteous, on time, and the job was complete when he said it would be. He also cleaned up so well you could barely tell they had to tear up 3 feet of my brand new flower beds with fresh mulch! The cost was as expected but not a penny more than he quoted, no unexpected surprises or costs like so many contractors do, and they called the next day to confirm we were happy. I will definitely be using Michael's Plumbing again and highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!

I was surprised to come home from a long business trip to find my water heater had started leaking.  I called Michael's Plumbing Service on a Sunday and I was ecstatic to hear they could be out the same day.  The service technician arrived on time, unlike the cable company, and was very polite, knowledgeable, & detail oriented.  He informed me that the heater was not repairable and showed me why.  Then he informed me that it needed to be replaced and he could get it installed the same day! I was able to take a hot shower and be fresh and ready for work on Monday morning.  If you need prompt, professional service from a company that cares I highly recommend calling them!  <br>

After installation, it appeared there was a small propane leak, which was noticed on a Saturday night. Shut off inlet propane valve. Plumber came out early  Sunday morning to investigate for no charge and found a small leak. <br />

He was very quick to respond, on time, got the job done and at a reasonable price.  We had used their services when we purchased the home 6 years ago to install a dishwasher and the garbage disposal and were very happy with their services then so we kept the card and called when this job came up.  Would use them anytime we have a plumbing issue.  Excellent. <br />
