It did not go as planned. Bob was supposed to start on a Thursday and never showed... Friday, no show. Finally came Saturday to hook up the panel (which I could have done myself) but only bc I complained that no one had still been out. He said he would be a 2-3 day job, it lasted a full week. What was supposed to be $800, went to $2000, then a day later went up to $2,500. My yard was ripped up with rock on top of the newly trenched lines and nothing was done to clean it up. Bob said they were just pebbles and would go away... I feel like Bob did not do enough of an evaluation to accurately gauge the amount of work needed. Once my yard was ripped up it was hard to say I wasn’t paying anymore, so they continued... They did install what is essentially almost an entire new system. Only approx. 25% of my old system stayed. One of his guys said they usually seed and fertilize after the jobs, Bob opted to not do this at my house. The system was operating when they finished and Bob said to reach out to him with any issues bc I would likely have a few. Found a leak after the first week, they came back a week later and fixed it. Found another leak, they came and fixed within 2 weeks. Had another leak that I text Bob about, said they’d be out in a week. Well, that was almost 2 moths ago. I wound up fixing it myself. I even wanted to buy seed from Bob, and thought it would be a reason to come out and fix my leak, received no response. There were also 2 things he initially quoted me for that he also said weren’t necessary to have done bc they obviously spent too much time here. How that became my problem I don’t know. They were supposed to raise my blow out valve and also run my controller panel to the garage. I would proceed with caution. I wanted to support a local business and at first he seemed like a nice guy. Wish I would have read the first review my thoroughly and heeded the warning.

This is the best company across the board i have ever dealt with. They are experts and perfectionists regarding there work, in my opinion they are artists. They are extremely attentive, accommodating and pricing is exceptionally completive. They do what you ask and do it with expertise. They use nothing but the best products. and clean up after the job as if no one was ever there. I can't expound enough about them and there service. I would never call anyone else. I met the boss, a straight shooter, I felt I knew him all my life. I recommend them to anyone who wants a top notch Job at the best price, Hats off to Angles list for the contact..

Not only during the summer got a beautiful lawn but I also got the best looking lawn during the winter!!! The company did a great job! Treating my property like their own makes me so happy and going beyond my expectation makes me confident to hire this company again.Thank you and see you soon!!!

Great. Staff was ontime professional and polite quality work

I have used this company in the past for sheds and sprinkler blow-outs, but never for lawn service.  I figured I would give him a try as he is a local business and I have worked with them in the past.  The first job was to replace a mulched island with grass and remove stump remnant of trees that I has removed many years ago.  Initially I was pleased with the work, as the result looked great.  Little did I realize that as the planted grass seed failed to grow an the little dirt applied began to erode away, that the stumps were still there!  And as no grass will grow on the stumps, there is nothing to keep the dirt applied over them from eroding completely away exposing all of the ugly stumps. <br /> Before this failed work became evident, I scheduled them to perform an excavation for a paver patio expansion that I was doing myself.  Bob quoted me a price of $50 per hour, taking approximately 6 hours.  Great!  I had wanted to finish the patio by my daughter's birthday, and being a scheduling/planning freak, had the schedule of all the work to finish the patio prepared ahead of time.  When I was ready, I scheduled Bob to start on a Wednesday.  Wednesday came and went.  No big deal; I called Bob on Thursday.  Said he won't be there until Friday.  Schedule is falling behind but still not a big deal, as long as he was able to finish on Friday.  Friday comes and almost goes until Bob and his two guys pull up at 6:30 PM.  By the time they go started, they are maybe 45 minutes into the work until it was too dark to continue.  See you tomorrow!  Saturday comes and they start working by mid-morning.  I realize that my Saturday is going to be shot, so now I'm at least 15 hours behind schedule, which is a big deal as I can work on the patio after I get home from my real job and on weekends.  But here is the best part of the story:  while working on Saturday, Bob informs me that, oh, it's $50 *per worker*, AND he was going to have to charge me to haul away the dirt!!!  So now the price went from about $300 to about $700!  I could have had somebody come in with a bobcat and excavate and remove the dirt for under $300!!!!  I was flabbergasted, but at this point, I had to let him finish the job or I had no chance of finishing the patio in time.  In the end, we settled on $600. <br /> Needless to say, he'll never step foot on my property again. <br />
