Monumental Concrete L.C.

I got horse shoe driveway installed last year. Noticed driveway was built very narrow in the corner so much so that vehicles were going over the lawn in that area. I have been calling and pleading him to come a fix that area at extra cost, but he rarely responded. No work done to date. Horrific service.

Driveway looked fine until a hairline crack appeared three weeks after completion. Contractor will not answer my calls. Takes my money but not my calls.

Im having same issues as previous reviewer. After one year the surface is crumbling. Another contractor stated they used cheap mix and improperly finished. I went with them because they were cheap and had good reviews on here. After install they left a boot print and broke a piece of fencing. They said they would come back and fix, but never did. Now their website and email have expired, they don't return messages and we have no way of getting a hold of them. We should have just paid more and went with a different contractor.

Driveway exhibits pitting and spalling, some of it severe, in less than one year. Kevin will not return messages and will not visit the site to review his faulty work. Monumental will not stand behind their one-year guarantee.

Was prompt. Explained everything before and after. Did excellent job. Will hire again for some additional work when I have the funds to complete.

His crew was all mexicans who didn?t speak English. Kevin left and I couldn?t understand the crew. They broke 2 garden lights. They buried my garden bricks (the bottom row) I?ll never be able to get them up. There?s pile of cement by the front door. I found the cracks 1 large 2 hairline. I have contacted this man 6 times with no return call. I contacted the BBB and ICE for his crew.. I told him on answering machine. He texted me back and said he was sorry. But nothing is down with the cracks. I couldn?t send pictures cause ?Upload photos? it sai the file was too big. I?ll try one picture at a time.

I couldn?t be happier with how our new walkway, porch, and driveway turned out! The team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Just look at this beautiful stamped concrete walkway and porch ? the curves, the detailing, the clean lines, and the overall craftsmanship are absolutely stunning. They brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. The texture, the pattern, and the smooth transition from the walkway to the driveway make the whole entryway feel elevated and welcoming. Not only is it gorgeous, but the crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. They communicated with me every step of the way and made the whole process easy. Kevin and his team replaced my driveway, front walkway, and added a new walkway to the deck in the back yard. Outside of the slowdown with the city to get permits, Kevin and his team were fast, professional, and friendly. They completed the work in a 13 hour window (done in 1-day).

Arrived on time. Completed work and cleaned up after. Replaced parts of driveway and new porch steps. Nice work.

The owner, Kevin, responded promptly to my request for a quote. Arrived on time and presented a ver competitive quote up front with no pressure to sign with his company. Communication before, during and after the job was great. Work was performed in the time frame promised. We were very happy without how the driveway turned out. Especially like the edging detail. My neighbors have been very complimentary on how it turned out.

Kevin was completely transparent, easy to get a hold of, and thorough from time of quotation until job was done. You could tell that his crew was a tight knit group who was very passionate about their craft. If I ever had another job I needed help on, I would not hesitate to reach out to this company again. We had a large patio with aggregate and stamped boarder with built in flower beds. Kevin was very easy to work with and his men were amazing. They worked extremely hard without taking long breaks if any. I highly recommend this company for any cement work you won’t be disappointed.
