We started changing light bulbs and twenty five years (25) later we have perfected the art of distinctive and confidential cleaning, organizing, and professional Butler services. We customize our service packages to accommodate the specific needs and budget of every client. Our purpose is to enhance the quality of life for families and individuals through discreet high quality service with customized service packages that are accessible to most any budget. Marty and his crew came to help me out with my cleaning needs as I was making preparations for out of state house guests. I had just had surgery following an accident and was not able to do any of the necessary cleaning. I contacted Marty after I had read about his services on Angie's List. Marty adjusted his schedule in order to help me out. He and his staff were very professional and out preformed my expectations! I have already recommended his services to my neighbor and look forward to having him return to help me on a regular basis from this time forth. I specifically subscribed to <em>Angies List</em> in order to look at other people's reviews in order to find the right cleaning company to meet my needs. I was very impressed with Angies List for the recommendations and reviews on the site and look forward to using Angies List in the future. <br />

First of all, Marty was very professional and the staff very friendly. But, I would give the cleaning a B. Some things were missed that surprised me. Some carpet had been missed, a toilet base was not cleaned at all, a bathtub was not wiped clean, a number of surfaces were not touched and some small damage done to one of my blinds. Also, it is good to be aware that young teens come in to help as well. However, looking at all the good reviews, I believe they may normally do a very good job. <br />

"This project required more attention that we could provide in the limited time requested. The home owner was informed that it would take three to four visits to bring the home back up to a manageable project. Unfortunately, we weren't given the time necessary to complete the desired requests. Homeowner didn't call us to voice his complaints or concerns, but went directly to Angie's List. We do have a 24 hour "Happiness Policy." If a customer finds something they are dissatisfied with and contact us with their requests, we do everything possible to correct the situation.We view this as a valuable learning situtaion."

He also provided references, and was the first company to do so. As parents with small kids, we were concerned that they worked with green cleaning products. <br /> We came home to find the carpets vaccumed, dusting done, bathrooms shining (including some crud out of the bathroom we hadn't been able to remove ourselves), kitchen clean and floors washed. It was amazing. He left a note about what had been done and an appointment card with when they could come again. He also followed up later in the week with a personal phone call to do a quality check. <br /> Needless to say, I'm bringing them back again! <br />

Their service is great. They are extremely friendly. Their cleaning is very professional. You can always tell when you come home. It feels awesome. If they are running late, they always call.

These Guys ROCK! <br /> I have used multiple cleaning services over my 49 years and I must say, this was the best service I have ever experienced. <br /> They came in person and did an estimate in advance, unlike others who just quote over the phone. They arrived on time with all of their supplies and after asking us if there was anything else we needed done, they hopped right to it. <br /> The place was spotless when they were done, which was very important to us, as we were moving out and wanted our entire deposit back from our landlord (a notoriously scroogy codger). <br /> Yes, we got our entire deposit back. in fact, the landlord asked who we used so they could call on them in the future. <br /> I was so proud, i even invited neighbors over to check it out before the Butlers left to give them referrals. <br /> Please don't hesitate, call them for an estimate. <br /> I actually used the pre-pay discounted purchase available here on Angie's list, it was a very good deal. <br /> Thank you, <br />

They have been cleaning my home for quite some time, so it was the normal cleaning session... they came just as they do twice a month and did the same professional job as always. Bill was on the counter when they were done, along with notes (as usual) covering things I might not have noticed, such as damaged weatherstripping on my front door. Very professional and caring. <br />

Overall my experience has never been short of excellent. If you have things you want done give them a call or a heads up a few weeks before and they think about it for you so you don't have to.
