Shower Installation and Replacement
My experience was very poor. My advice is to make sure you sign the agreement in person to make sure it is correct. The contract was not done properly, the materials were not very good and unfortunately the person they sent was not very good. It took eleven days to complete and the person was not even sure what the job entailed. I feel that I paid for something that I didn't really get.I would be very careful if you are interested in hiring this company.

Great communication, awful execution. Along with all the delays, their failure to actually fix many of our concerns was appalling. Shoddy electrical work, poor tile and drywall craftsmanship, awful grout work. They were "willing" to fix the issues and responded immediately to our concerns. Unfortunately the office can't fix what the installers/contractors mess up. A one week project turned into 3. A real shame as we were sold on quality and went them for that reason.

The whole team at MyBath Colorado did a fantastic job from the initial quote, project management, and final install. They were all professional and knowledgeable. Scott did the install and did a fantastic job communicating, installing, to cleanup. We needed and ADA compliant bathroom for a family member that is moving in. They exceeded my expectations. The My bath contractors were very professional, prompt and thorough in remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. Angela Gosling was my designer for my project. I was impressed with her knowledge, expertise and love of her profession. Chantelle was absolutely amazing coordinating the project, making sure the job remains on schedule, and absolutely amazing in constant communication with me on a daily basis. I Would definitely refer my friends and neighbors, without hesitation. Extremely satisfied above and beyond my expectations.

Shower Installation and Replacement
They called last minute and had an opening to get it done the next day. It took about 6 hours total and looks beautiful. No mess to and from the bathroom left behind. Will be contacting them next year for another bathroom.

Absolutely love the finished work. I got a new shower/tub and walks in one bathroom and a bye and new shower addition in the other bathroom and everything is as great as I was expecting. Plus they installed a new hardwood floor throughout my entire first level.

These people did a good job on the sales side. However, I have had a few problems since the installation. They have been very frustrating to deal with on the service side. I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention.

MyBath did a wonderful job on our tub remodel. No issues with the project and they were a little faster than I expected. Price was definitely worth the value. And we really like CJ, who handled the installation. All in all we're pretty happy!

I found this company to be negligent and irresponsible. We hired them to remodel our master bath. They left our home with leaky plumbing, awful looking drywall and sloppy electrical work. They told us the electrical work would be done by a licensed electrician. Instead it ended being done by someone who was not licensed. This was very concerning. I declined their offer to repair their shoddy work since they had already caused enough damage in our home.

I contracted with them for a shower installation in August and told them I was going to be out of town for the entire month of September and was assured the installation could occur then. I was told the installation would take a max of two days. They did not schedule the installation until late October. The crew worked for two days and left with it half finished. They came back a week later and finished the non-glass portion of the installation, but told me it would take one to two weeks to order the door. I had not been told that before. it took three weeks. So I could not use my shower for a total of a month. The door installation leaks around the base. I have made five requests for someone to fix this, with vague promises they will look at their schedule, but no visit has actually been scheduled. The quality of the work looks fine (other than the leak). But I would not have contracted with them had I known I would be without a shower for month or they were going to be nonresponsive for necessary repairs.

We had a very positive experience with MyBath Colorado from the time we met with our saleswoman, to the supervisor and to the installation team. With the help of Arielle, our saleswoman, we were able to pick out exactly what want we wanted. Arielle was almost in daily contact helping out to pick out a mirror and vanity. The installation team were very professional completing the project in a total of 10 hours. We couldnâ t be happier and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in remodeling their bathroom.

We had a great experience using MyBath to remodeling our guest bathroom. I knew I didn't want to keep up with tile and grout so I went with one of their stone wall options. I love the tile look and the maintenance free aspect. They finished they project within their estimated time frame and had very fair pricing. They were easy to communicate with and the process was straightforward. I would use them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone else.

We meet with a lot of companies, they all talked about value and seemed to be ridiculously expensive and specific. My Bath was a breathe of fresh air, they were able to accommodate all of our needs and they cared. Job was completed on time and looks beautiful.

Loved working with MyBath Colorado! I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. I could not be happier with the work or the quality of materials. 5 of 5 stars for sure!

The whole process was fantastic. The salesman talked through options and I felt really well served. Ià  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve never seen such service from a remodeling company. The installation team was timely and so professional. I was amazed that my bathroom was transformed in 3 days! We liked them so much we had a second bathroom done and it was just as great a process as the first.
