I called Roof Medics (Patrick) after I spoke with his crew at my neighbor's house. I needed the aluminum facia replaced on one gable. He quoted me a very fair price over the phone and the job was done within a few hours. Will certainly hire again if/when needed.

Great customer service and quality of work.

I paid three times more than what the job was worth. $535 to replace a vent pipe boot. Patrick was good, quick to respond and examine the roof but he did not communicate to me that he had a $500 minimum so I paid way more than what was necessary. I cannot speak to the quality of the job as it has not rained yet to test it.

Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out on short notice and fixed our roof. He was very friendly and will be using him for all of our roofing needs. I would Highly recommend him to anyone. I wonâ t ask anyone else. Thank you Patrick!

Extremely professional and thorough. Patrick McFee performed a roof inspection on our home in Rincon, and within an hour of the service call, he has already on site. I will recommend Roof Medics to anyone in the Greater Savannah area, and feel relieved to have a roofing contractor we can rely on for a very long time!

Very prompt and courteous. Took pictures of the damaged areas of my roof, so I wouldn't have to go up there and then provided pictures of the completed work. Will definitely use then again n the future. I will need a total roof replacement coming soon, and I feel 100% confident with Roof Medics.

Roof Medics responded with a sense of purpose, from initial contact through estimate and completion of work. They took total responsibility for their work, in final inspection and corrective action and in final report assessment of additional years of roof service. I will reference the final report when it is time to sell our home.

ROOFMEDICS, project manager Billy Strause and work crew did a really great job replacing the roof on my home. I put in an insurance claim and Billy offered to come out and meet with the insurance agent if I gave him an ETA and I agreed to that. Within a few days Billy and his crew were ready with all the materials and on the job which was completed within a day and a half. Billy and I had great communication both through texts, which I prefer, and phone calls. ROOFMEDICS offers competitive low pricing, proffessional work ethics and a project manager who goes above and beyond what is required of him. Because I cannot get up on the roof myself he took it upon himself to take several pictures of the problem areas before, during, and after the roof repairs and replacement. I had also ask Billy if he knew of any contractors who could fix the weather stripping on 9 my windows and he said he would do it for me, which he did himself, at no extra cost to me at all. His crew showed up on time, cleaned up debris throughout the day and when they left at the end of the day. Extra care was taken in certain areas of the roof that were prone to leaks where the roof came together from the main house into a porch that was added. All in all I am completely satisfied with the work that was done by Billy and his team at ROOFMEDICS and I highly recommend them.
