Gas company shut off gas due to leak detection. Mark came out within an hour to repair and get us running again. Excellent work, excellent service.

Mark is the best in the business, he replaced the water heater quickly, and was able to fix some other plumbing issues no problem. I will definitely call him again.

They did a great job but the communication was bad. There was an association involved which made scheduling difficult.

first plumber to call back, after hours 530 pm service call. price was a little steep (yes I know after hours is more but still), and very doom and gloom assessment. had another plumber come back and the assessment was nowhere as doom and gloom. <br />

I needed this work done fast to accommodate a new washer and dryer that was arriving in a few days. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well. He is very customer service focused and understands that if you are calling a plumber you probably want to speak to a plumber vs. voicemail. He was recommended to me by a neighbor and he will be the first plumber I call from now on. <br />

We were mostly pleased with his work but were more than a little annoyed that he went down to <br /> the basement just to plaster his ad sticker over the furnace info stickers. I understand wanting <br /> to leave your number for future reference  but not at the cost of blocking other numbers and info that we <br /> might need. <br />

Mark was very responsive and timely. I had called a couple of other plumbers and waited days with no call back in response to my voicemail. Mark answered the phone, came out the next day and showed up on time. He was highly professional, and very helpful. He provided some advice to questions we had in addition to performing the work in an efficient and quality manner. He also left everything clean and tidy. <br />

We noticed the leak late Wednesday evening. I called several plumbers first thing Thursday and Mark answered right away and made it out the same day. He was able to fix the problem right on spot and did it very quickly.

Found the problem and recommended a remediation expert to ride downstairs of water damage.

Mark was fantastic! We were having a family gathering Saturday night and discovered a fairly steady leak under our kitchen sink. He answered the call right away, provided an initial estimate and told me when he'd arrive. He was right on time, and after surveying the situation, provided an updated estimate (lower-hooray!). He was efficient yet friendly (responding to several questions from young nieces and nephews.....even getting a surprise hug from one!). I would definitely recommend and will use again.

I received a call from the provider, Mark, saying that he would be about 4 hours late getting to my house because he had an emergency to take care of. He arrived at the new time and finished most of the job that day. He came the next day and finished the job. He did everything he said he would do and cleaned up after himself. Mark was very personable and accommodating. I will hire Mark again for other projects. <br />

My service with them went well.  I've used them on a number of occasions.  With the experiences I've had is that he has been timely.  When I call him he usually comes pretty quickly.  He is professional and he does good work.  I remember that his prices are a little on the high side.  I usually call him when something goes out of my sump pump or when it is an emergency.  If I recall correctly in the past he has been pretty responsive.  I thought he went above and beyond and he was responsive as well as came quickly when my sump pump quit which impressed me.

Service couldn't have been better.  Mike (I think his name was) was very professional.  He arrived while my wife was home and uninstalled the old water softener, installed a new water softener ($480), and connected the water line to the freezer's ice maker ($100). <br /> All of this took a few hours.  By the time I arrived home from work, he was finished and showed me how to work the new water softener. <br /> He was very polite the entire time.  I would definitely use their service for plumbing again in the future. <br />

This has been an amazingly horrible experience. I feel terribly ripped off and my frustration continues to grow due to a lack of response from the service provider.  I feel like they took advantage of my wife calling and being home in distress (water starting to back up into the basement and the pump not working). <br /> They were contacted to come and repair/replace a 1 year old sump pump that was on batter backup (also 1 year old).  We ended up paying $1800 and I believe they were on site for less than 2 hours. <br /> I had to call multiple times before receiving an email copy of the invoice. Immediately upon receipt, I replied and asked for the parts and labor to be broken out. No response. Multiple email followups sent over a couple of weeks all with no response. <br /> My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. <br />

Called in a panic. Gladly paid to be put to the top of the service list. Sump pump broke and we were struggling to keep the water at bay to keep our basement from flooding. Mark arrived promptly installed a new pump and we are better than new. <br />

The price was way more than we expected, way more than it was in their bid. Their job was okay. It wasn't really good, it wasn't really bad. They guy that came out was great and did a good job. The company that I dealt with wasn't good. I wouldn't call them again.

Went great!! I loved that he could come out as soon as I needed and the earliest available appointment.  He was prompt, professional and got right to work assessing my sump pump and drainage around the house etc.  He also took the time to lay out my options for a battery backup and work to potentially re-route my drain pipe to the other side of the house and bury it to feed out to the forest vs right next to the house.  I felt way more informed that I had previously been.  He was able to complete the work quickly, efficiently, cleanly well under an hour.  Also, while he was there I asked if he could take a look at my furnace, I could not figure out how to replace the filter and he was able to show me right away.  I greatly appreciated this because I was really perplexed by this matter!!!   I found out My Service Pro does a variety of work and repair and I was happy to keep his information for future use.  I would definitely use My Service Pro again and recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. <br />
