"This individual requested service 6 months ago then canceled because he wanted a tech to come for free. Then 6 months later put another request in and it was the same story- we explained if he needed a motor but didn't have the money for the diagnostic or labor we can't help him, People lose time and their tubs have more problems when they let them sit and rot. We never did work for him but we choose quality clients and avoid scammers and people like this. We refuse clients like this."

I hired Daniel Wolfgang to replace the heater and circuit boards on my hot tub. He arrived on time with all the parts needed and did excellent work with extensive subject matter expertise. The price was quite reasonable and I would recommend Mr. Wolfgang to any homeowner that needs repair work done on their hot tub. All local hot tub companies in Newton County Georgia would not send anyone to replace the circuit board and heater, but Daniel Wolfgang used the photographs of the parts I sent and ordered what he needed. The work was completed in about an hour and a half and we are very pleased.

"This review is incorect, sauna parts were delivered. He didn't want us to install it so he didn't pay for the install. This is an example when something is completed per contract that Angi fails to remove misleading reviews"

I would not recommend Daniel Wolfgang, aka My Spa Works, HydrotechSpas to do any work on your hot tub or spa. I have paid over $1400 for repairs and a new spa cover. The spa cover was "supposed" to be ordered in early August. Who knows if it's been ordered at all at this point. Daniel has been to my home 3 times. Initial appt was to figure out why hot tub was leaking. it was discovered to be a gasket. That was order as well as a new spa cover. I prepped the hottub...took off the sides and drained the water. he installed the gaskets but did not stay long enough to see if they were installed properly...they were not. It leaked immediately. I tightened the gaskets to stop the leak. afterward 1 of my pumps was discovered to be not working. he ordered it and again, I prepped the area. he installed the pump and again didn't hang around to fill the spa to check that it was working....this too leaked! I tightened this as well. Still no spa cover as of Oct 29th!

This individual was refunded full amount of the cover because we refused to do any more business with him. 36 years experience shows that when an individual is like this , it is best to part ways so others can receive the undivided attention they deserve. He took pictures of the motherboard to show me, and said he had to order the parts and would return. He said the trip charge was $175.00. I paid him $200.00 because I only had cash, and he was to order the part and come back to repair it. He gave me a receipt for the cash payment and $25.00 credit. Every time I text him, he says he has to check at the office and let me know. To date, I have not heard from Daniel W
