It's taken 7 months and my house and barn are still not repaired and painted. They work sporadically and never a full day. They subcontracted out part of my work out to 3rd party, we didn't agree to. Won't provide a cost breakdown with receipts.

We hired Alpha Construction Pros in September 2025 with the expectation the project would be nearly complete before Thanksgiving. After repeated delays and little to no communication, work did not begin until nearly Christmas. Throughout the project, four different contractors cycled through, often with gaps of two to three weeks and no updates. Crews frequently appeared unfamiliar with the original scope, requiring repeated clarification and resulting in inconsistent execution. Significant quality issues remain. Floor transitions between old and new spaces are uneven, the new door does not fit properly and lacks hardware, drywall finishing is incomplete with visible seams, and work under the house was left unfinished. Concerns raised were often dismissed or met with shifting explanations. Overall, this experience reflects poor project management, lack of accountability, and substandard workmanship.
