Ken was great to work with. He was very thorough, responsive and interested in our satisfaction. Everyone came on time, was efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. They were a day early to reinstall the doors after they were painted off-site. We went on vacation immediately after they finished, and Ken followed up quickly to make sure we were satisfied. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them.

It was great. Ken came to give an estimate and a start date. We chose grey as the color we wanted. Ken and his crew were on schedule, professional, courteous and hard working. All the doors and drawers were removed on Monday and then everything was taped off while they sprayed the frames. Cleaned up thoroughly. On Friday they were back to replace everything and Ken checked the finish and the color coverage. It was absolutely painless and the difference is amazing. Makes the kitchen look bigger and brighter. We are very pleased with the resurfacing of our dining room floor. I never thought the floor would look this good. It was an eyesore and now it is beautiful. We had never heard of "resurfacing" as opposed to refinishing. We started looking into it when we got an email from one of N-Hance's competitors, Fabulous Floors. We first contacted Fabulous Floors but when they did not seem interested in the job, we looked for someone else and found the N-Hance website. Glad we did! Ours was a small job, an 11x12 foot dining room floor, so they put us on the schedule the same day as another job and that worked out well for all concerned. I won't go into the details of the process, which you can read on their website, but the results were wonderful. The job started at 9 am and was completely finished at 6 pm. There was no dust at all. During the sealing process there was a strong smell which permeated the house, but it dissipated quickly after the polyurethane was applied and cured with the UV light. We were able to walk on the floor as soon as they were done, just as promised. We are so glad we chose to resurface the floor. Why would anyone choose any other process?

Ken was very responsive and wants the customer to be happy. He was on site before , during and after the job. He ordered a new lazy susan corner unit and installed it for us. His crew was prompt, clean, polite and cleaned up cimplately.

Before N-Hance painted our kitchen cabinets, we had had them painted twice unsuccessfully within the previous year. I mean by this that the paint had not stood up to normal wear.   Ken Mullens,  N-Hance's owner, convinced us that his company's  thorough cleaning and sanding of the surfaces plus a final clear coat of poly urethane would wear well and be worth the price of the job. We love the color scheme of our kitchen and decided to take the plunge. The painters were meticulous about their on site work. The doors and drawer faces were taken to N-Hance's shop where all of the hardware could be removed. Now the job looks great.  The wood grain is raised, old brush marks are subdued, the color looks deep and the semi-gloss finish feels hard.  When Ken came to collect the balanced he touched up a couple of odd spots that had been missed. If I can remember to revisit this review I'll let you know how the job holds up.  Right now we are happy. <br />

N-Hance did an amazing job on our old maple kitchen cabinets.  I did a lot of research before choosing Ken Mullen and his team.  Ken was straight forward when answering my questions.  He does not push the sale but just explains the process and options in an easy and professional manner.  His team protected my appliances/floors/lighting with utmost care.  They cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they had spent the whole day there!  This was an incredible value compared to the costs of refacing or replacing and the result was stunning.   Thank you N-Hance of Cincinnati! <br />

I'm very pleased with the end result.  Ken was very professional and conscientious.  Work was done on time and in an excellent manner.  Ken himself did all the touch-ups to my complete satisfaction. <br />

The cabinets are original with the house (1978) and after three kids and two dogs were in tough shape. They removed, cleaned and stained the doors and all round and stained everything to match the other woodwork in the kitchen. Added new hinges, handles and knobs.  Everything was done smoothly and professionally. Nhance is a reasonably priced alternative to getting new cabinets. <br />

NHance did a fantastic job from start to finish! They were very professional, efficient and thorough. The made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. I loved the work they did restoring our 120 year old floors! They were clear on what we should expect and delivered exactly as promised. The men were courteous and very efficient. Ken Mullen and his team did a fantastic job on refinishing my kitchen cabinets.  I was was not sure what could be done and did not want to go to a lot of expense and the mess of replacement.  Ken came in and offered me options at very reasonable prices.  I opted to go with the refinishing and so happy I did.  The 20 year old cabinets look brand new.  His crew were very professional.  I did not even need to empty the inside of the cabinets.They worked about six hours (my kitchen is small) and left every thing in great condition.  I would recommend N-Hance to anyone who is looking to have wood work done.

Ken and Mark were prompt, courteous, and careful in their work. They took every precaution in preparing the kitchen so the counters, floor and wall were protected.
