He doesn't know what his doing.

Cody showed up one day and said he would be back tomorrow to start work on dormer's and did show up and started work. Had issues with his truck, got it fixed, came back and finished. Paid him w a check on 3-23-22 for 1500.00. he said he would come back on work on deck. he came on 5-3-22 to work on deck and as he left he was given a check on 5-3-22 for $250.00 but the deck is not finished, needs painting and cleaned up. Started telling us he was having lots of trouble with his truck. We never heard from him, my wife was texting him, I was calling him couldn't get thru, no voice mail. Called his Dad as well couldn't get thru either. Finally on 5-25-22 I called you to ask for advice and within 4 hours he texted me saying his truck was fixed but had no money to get it out., that he was having alot of bad luck and was embarrassed to tell us and assured us he was not trying to keep the money. We told him we believe in second chance and just keep in contact with us and did he have our supplies. And if he couldn't do the job get us our supplies and we will get someone else to do it. On 5-26-22 he send a text back and said thank you and I'm working in attic and ill call you in the morning. We haven't heard a word from him since then. My wife has texted, emailed him and I have called numerous times this week of 6-8 & 9-22 and did get thru and left 2 messages to call us and don't do this to us. No response!

Everything went very well. I was satisfied with the estimate I got from them and told them to go ahead with the job. I was very happy with the end results, and with the time to get the job completed. I will definitely use them again if the occasion ever rises. Thank you for sending themto me.

Hired Cody and his company in March of 2022. He is completely unreliable and is a compulsive liar. I do not live in the area so it was very difficult for me to check the work prior to releasing the final check. To my dismay when I did go out to the property not only was the work that was completed substandard but there were several items left on the work list that were not completed, even though I paid 100% of the invoice against my better judgment because of the constant complaints of him being broke. He promised me if I gave him a good review at the end that he would not only come back but would pay for some of the material that was missed the first time. As of the day of writing this he still has not returned and when we have spoken he constantly gives me BS stories about oh he'll be out the next day or he'll be out next week to complete it. It's been going on for over two months. If you do unfortunately hire him and his crew absolutely do not pay until you have reviewed all the work and you're 100% satisfied with everything he performed. Do not trust him. I've been in the contracting business for over 25 years so I knew better but he can be very convincing. I'm sure I'm not the only one he's taken advantage of. I'm considering filing a small claims suit but it will not be worth my time nor do I think he would have the funds to pay the judgement. Hopefully, someone will read this review before you hire so you’ll be 100% aware upfront of who you're dealing with. You're much better off hiring someone else and whoever you do hire no matter how much they complain or tell you how broke they are do not pay one penny until you receive their W9 and you're 100% satisfied with all their work.

Nailed it Handymen did a great job. I originally hired them for one project and ended up hiring them to do others. If you or someone you know is in need of a company to do some home repairs, inside or outside, I definitely recommend this company. They were punctual, respectful, and did AMAZING work.

It was perfect, couldn't ask for a better guys. They were very polite, on time, very clean, and respectful. I highly recommend them to everybody.
