Terrific. They did a first rate job. They actually went out of their way a couple of times.

We just had an 18 inch snow storm and we never used Nantucket before. We called the night before and they asked just to call later in the afternoon to see if they would be avaibable. I did e-mail and they were quick to respond and sent someone out. They were done within 30 minutes and did a great job with our long, tight driveway and stairs. Great service and we would definitely use them again. Thanks again for our last minute request.

It went wonderfully. Richard has great ideas and is very respectful of the vision (and sometimes lack thereof) that we have for our landscaping. We are pleased that he has a very natural approach to landscaping as we do too.

No issues, no complaints, no worries

Richard is my HERO!!!! I spent the weekend of the January 2016 blizzard in the hospital, and returned late in the day on Sunday to find my driveway unplowed and the regular snow removal person unavailable and unresponsive. What was there to do but start calling people from Angie's List!  <br /> When I reached Richard (he picked up the phone immediately) and told him I needed to be able to go for follow-up visit to my MD the next morning, he promised he would get things taken care of by early morning so that I could make my appointment. In the interim, he kept in close contact with me by email, which was very reassuring! <br /> He arrived very close to schedule (and even contacted me when he was going to be a few minutes late), and did a careful, thorough job. He even CLEANED THE SNOW OFF MY CAR! And I wasn't even a regular customer of his! Richard was kind, thoughtful, concerned about my situation, highly responsible, and very professional...in short, a real GEM!!! <br /> Thank you, Richard, for coming to my aid at a really stressful time in my life; you're the BEST! <br /> <br /> <br />

I had a ton of snow my driveway and needed it removed ASAP.  I called Nantucket Landscape and they came within an hour and cleared the driveway. <br />

i was out of town on business for the previous three weeks during which there were seversl storms. Most of the snow (2+ feet deep) had frozen and the bottom six inches was ice. Richard not only removed all of the snow he also helped free my car which was stuck on ice. The work was performed in a professional manner and he cleared more of the driveway than i anticipated. All in all he went above and beyond and i am extremely pleased. <br />

I explained to Richard the situation and he said he will show up in 1-2 hours. He showed up as promised. Cleaned out the whole driveway and the back yard area. The snow was pretty bad and I dont think I could have handled this myself. He charged my $95 and we were happy to pay it. Richard you are a savior!!!!!!!!. I called upon Richard, without having a prior business relationship, to remove snow from my property resulting from a major snowstorm on February 8th. he could not have been more professional and accommodating in his response. He explained that he had priorities that came before me and he would get to me, and he did exactly that. He was respectful of my property, and took the time to hand shovel the areas that he could not reach with a plow. He priced his service very fairly, and I felt I received a significant value for the price. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone who is in need of the services he provides, and wish to publicly thank him for being there for myself and my family. <br />

Richard Thomas is an excellent person and he does more things. I have not used him yet. This year he will be cleaning the sidings. He does pest killing. He does a lot of work. He is a very versatile person though basically he is a landscaper. I have used many landscapers before but I think I am stuck with him. It is the best price that I got and others were charging more. The quality was not top. I wish he himself told me what to do rather than I tell him what to do. He is very professional. When I ask questions he gives the right answer. I have referred him to many other friends and all of them are very happy with him.
