He was okay. It took him a while to get out to me, probably four weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. There was an additional charge to the Big Deal. Everything was okay.

Things were okay. They were here probably spring of last year April first. It was like 90 bucks maybe. I think their price is reasonable compared to others. The workers were okay. I think if they would have sent the same person back I think that would have been better because the second person came and almost seemed like that person was not quite aware about what the situation was, either that or they forgot to relay to the second person what the problem was exactly.

He arrived on time and got it running. I did notice that a couple of heads were not positioned properly and I had to do it after he left. I only used this service because my regular sprinkler guy was not available due to illness. <br />

It went well. He was prompt and the sprinklers worked well all summer. Other companies are charging an arm and a leg for this service. $55 is more than enough money to pay for this. I already called him again to do the winter shut off. The winter shut off was more than $55 though.

The technician did a good job and was quite professional and efficient. The cost of replacing a sprinkler head was about twice the cost of any other company I have used. It is clear that they use a "special" to get the job then charge exorbitant prices for any other work to be done. They recognize that sprinkler heads are constantly being damaged by the winter freezing-thawing cycle. <br /> I will definitely not be using this company again. It is definitely more economical to pay a little more upfront (usually $90 to $100) for having the unit turned on but saving on any heads that needed to be replaced. Last year I had to have 3 or 4 heads replaced. <br /> <br />

not that impressed. i had to call multiple time after i bought the coupon on angies list to have them setup the appointment. while they did a good Job, they appeared more commercial rather than service oriented.... i need someone to be responsive and keep me updated with the appointment date rather than me calling them. <br />

Mark showed up on time, and we discussed what needed to be done. In fact we thought that we had some drainage issues regarding the swail on the side of the house. He was very honest and said that we didn't need to do that, because we had no issues there. We appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell us something we didnt' need. The job was finished in one day and looks great.

We purchased an Angie's List Deal for this service. <br /> The phone scheduling woman at Lawn Works was able to accommodate my request for a specific day of the week The technician arrived right on time and was friendly and courteous. He needed to go into the basement to turn on the water and put on shoe protectors before walking through my house. He handled everything quickly and professionally. We will definitely call them for our winter shut off and again in spring. Very nice person handling the scheduling and very nice technician. Overall, a happy service. <br />

<p> Individual had a hard time finding our house and needed help. I had a difficult time understanding his broken English. He charged me $30 for replacing one broken sprinkler head. Based on the price I was quoted by the competition, the replacement head was quite expensive, My total tab was $85.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

i called Mark on March 24th at 8:00 am and spoke to him briefly about what I needed done. He asked that I email him the details, along with my contact information. I did that as soon as I hung up the phone. It is now April 17th and he never responded to my email or called me. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> *****4/25/15 update, he called when he said that he would, arrived on the day and time, and will be giving us an estimate on what we wanted done.

Naper Lawn Work did fantastic job on our outdoor remodel. We had them put in an outdoor kitchen (my husband absolutely loves), gas fire place (the kids love roasting marshmallows), beautiful p**** paver patio, pillars, and outdoor lighting. Its great for entertaining! My husband and I received numerous compliments. We have even had neighbors ask if we mind if the duplicate our yard. <br /> From the very beginning, Naper Lawn Works has been very professional. They never tried to over sell. They listen to what my husband and I chose and offered great advice and tips to make it look even better than what we pictured. Naper Lawn Works stayed on schedule the whole time, kept us informed daily as what the schedule is. All the workers were very polite and even cleaned up their mess everyday before leaving our home. We shopped around for other prices and found Naper Lawn Works not only an affordable price, but they are local. Mark, the owner, was so very nice. I could not have asked for a better guy to deal with. I am someone that worries constantly, but Mark made me feel comfortable and answered my million questions throughout the whole process. <br /> My husband and I are so please with the work, that this spring we will be starting a new project with Naper Lawn Works for the front of our house. I am so excited as seeing how easily and affordable our last project was. I would recommend Naper Lawn Works to everyone. Not only does my family and I constantly enjoy our yard, but its awesome for entertaining, that the whole neighborhood is over enjoying it too. <br /> Thank you Mark and the whole Naper Lawn Works team for everything.
