    My Experience with Natalina Custom Drapery started out great and ended miserably. They turned around the installation quickly and worked in my time table. The horror started with the installation. They came in and were not carfull with the fabric, laying it haphazarly so the silk wrinkled. They installed the hardware inproperly, did not use drywall anchors so it is already comming out of the wall, didn't bring the steamer as promised so the curtains could not be hung. they did take the curtains, steamed them, and brought them back, they did not fix the placement nor hang the drapes. I already gave them a second chance.

    Natalina offered a good selection and variety of fabrics at a reasonable cost. Good follow up and project was completed as promised. Every one with whom I dealt either by phone or in person, are very professional. I am very satisfied with their performance. They even got approval from Mom. I highly recommend them.     The gentleman was very helpful and gave me expert guidance with my choices in fabric. He had good ideas and I did use his suggestions. The office is very prompt returning calls and following up with my questions.

    Natalina would rate a 5 on the basis of the quality of their work, but I have rated them lower because of poor communication throughout the installation process. They have come on three occasions and each time left without letting us know when they would be returning. They came yesterday for what was supposed to be the final installation, but left without completing the job and without telling us when they would be returning. I would reemphasize that the quality of their work has been strong and they would be worthy of "5 stars" with improved communication.
