Natchez Landscape

It was a wrote up landscaping proposal and design. I did not get the design, or the landscaping done. The contractor came out and talked to us but never completed the job. We tried several times to get refunded, and to get answers as to why they did not want to do it so it was radio silence. We might have gotten a partial refund but nothing came out of it at all. It was basically money flushed down the toilet. In terms of niceness I would give them a B but everything else is a D. I would not hire them again in the future. It was not good at all.

Ms. Kerrin Cabaniss Farhas knew on 2/17/16 that I wanted her company (Natchez Landscape) to finish the job at my home, meaning more brick pavers to be installed to my screened room floor after the screened room was built. I sent an email to her on 7/5/16. I attempted to keep Ms. Kerrin C. Farhas informed of my progress. I got no response from her to this email and then phoned her on Wednesday 11/16/16. On Tuesday, 11/22/16, Ms. Kerrin came to my home, measured the newly build screen room needing brick pavers and we discussed other jobs: repair work to wood deck, powerwash, stain & seal, and other garden jobs. She did call some of my requests "piddling things". This last part of my job was never done and 11/22/16 was the last time I ever heard from Ms. Kerrin C. Farhas.

It went good.  They had great ideas, but I can tell that she is super busy as it does take her some time to respond to our questions.  Great planning, great design and great person to work with.

Great! I purchased a special with 40 hours of work. They didn't need the full time so Karen offered to carry the time on her books until I need something done at a later time. They cleaned up everything, hauled off the trash and left the yard looking great.

Went well. Appointment kept.

It was okay. She was supposed to give me a written report and I never got that. They came out pretty quick.

It was a pleasure working with Karen and her team. I'm sure we were lucky to engage her in a less busy time of year. If you have the time to wait, its worth it. I highly recommend Natchez Landscape and will use them again.

She came and I told her what I wanted. She never called me back or did anything. She came for the consultation but never got in touch with me again with giving me the plans or the price. I told her what I wanted and she looked around. She didn't write anything down. She left and I never heard from her again.

Cheerful, professional assistance.  Timing was a little difficult due to many orders coming in at the same time, but all worked out. <br />

She was great, but took a little longer in getting back to me with the plans than she promised. I understand I'm not her only client, but she needed to communicate better that she needed more time. Overall, she was great and I'm considering using her company for some of my future backyard improvements. <br />

Kerrin is a delight to work with!  Her design for my landscaping and driveway were spot on with what I had in mind for my house.  She really listened to what I wanted and what I had in the budget to  spend on this.  She installed a driveway and sidewalk with pavers and stone, as well as columns at the foot of my driveway with lights on them.  She installed lighting along my driveway and in the gardens in the front and back yards. There is so much work that they did, I can't list it all. <br /> I had huge overgrown azaleas along the front of my house.  Her crew transplanted them in my backyard as a screen and along my property line.  The new gardens along the front of my house look great!  They really complement the style of my house and yard. <br />  Her crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. The work was performed in a professional manner and without cutting corners.  Everything looks so nice and I am really happy with the final product!  <br /> I will definitely use her again in the future!  I could go on and on about how pleased I am with the final outcome!! <br /> I highly recommend  Kerrin and Natchez Landscape! <br />
