He did okay until he and I got in a big argument and incrementally and I was screaming at him. He started three things and did not finish them and when he just start working inside the house on my door. He got angry and start yelling at me and talking over me and was rude to me.

NIGHTMARE! Contractor was late all the time, even when we let them pick time to start. Tried being understanding and told them to just let us know. Did not tell us anything until we hunted them down. Had no skill with shower tile, grout, or door. Had to give them a second chance to hang and grout tile, grout now cracking not even with a month after finished. Broke shower glass and said we would not be charged but final bill had $500 charge that was never discussed prior. Shower door was not properly rehung and will not close now. Door also leaked until I caulked. Left mess everywhere after finished. Completed job a month after initial quote. Poor craftsmanship, customer service, and overall experience. I thought Angi's was supposed to prevent this.

"This job was completed over two months ago and you choose to now write a review after you messed with the door and caused the grout to crack? Also I have pictures both before and after shots of the work completed! Had you not been happy at the time of completion you should have said something then not waited over two months and then get onto angis list and try to ruin my professional reputation. We had some trouble with timing on this job bc we had other jobs as well and we were very short handed a problem which we discussed and you were fine with! You called and cursed my secretary out who did nothing but give you great customer service over the glass accidentally breaking while putting the shower door in and she handled it with dignity and was very understanding and empathized although this is something that could happen to absolutely anyone and you made it seem like a personal attack! We paid for that glass and replaced it sir. We told you if you had any problems to please contact us and you were fine for over two months until you messed with the door and the grout cracked. Trying to ruin someone’s livelihood bc you went outside of your profession and tried to do their job is not right at all. I hope you are able to find someone that can fit the needs you have for this problem! I won’t put myself in a position to be talked down on by you again. Good luck sir,"

"We apologize you feel this way. We felt we did a good job considering the situation and what we had to work with. We would have been happy to come back out and try to resolve any issues you have with our work. If you are interested in possibly rescheduling and allowing us to see where the issue is, we are happy to take a look. However, we did have a total cost implemented for the job you hired us for and upon arriving you changed the outlay of what you originally wanted and said the cost was too high and you asked us to use old material left at your home to do the job which made it difficult to do great work. If you want the job done the way we originally agreed upon it would look fantastic. Using old supplies to cut cost is never the way to go and we tried to explain this. We are sorry you feel poorly about the outcome and will gladly fix the problem if we are able to work with fresh supplies as requested and no changes in that matter at the last minute. Went very well. My move was great - dont know how they did it. It was too scary for me to watch but nothing broke. I now have a two tiered plant area for my veggies when I start - now I have no reason to and I also have an exercise bench. Pretty soon I will be a new woman,

Nathan and his team were very responsive and communicated their intentions every step of the way from the moment they responded to my request until the job was done. He's definitely legit and very handy and I'm satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely hire him again.

Nathan Painting/Handyman responded very quickly to my request for quoted. I texted him pictures of the problem. He assured me that he had the materials needed for the job on hand and quoted me a price. My appointment was made for that same day! He assessed the problem quickly, and told me how he was going to fix it. I am very satisfied.

I was very impressed by the work Nathan did on my home. He built a beautiful deck where my family and I have been able to enjoy together over the summer! Also he did some int/ext painting and my house look brand new! He was timely, professional, skilled, and proficient. I highly recommend him for his prices and a job very well done! He is the best doctor in the entire world. He talks to me and he doesn’t run in there and just look at me. He knows who I am and he is very personable. He talks to me and makes sure he knows what is wrong with me. He gives me some of his time and I don’t feel like he is on a stop watch. He took care of my husband who was very sick, and he was wonderful to him. I don’t wait for him either, and he does not make me wait three hours. I go to his office and have an appointment, and I am in there within five minutes more or less, and it is really bad, he apologizes to me profusely. He is very prompt. His availability was always wonderful. If it was a spur of the moment, it didn’t matter, and if my husband needed something, we went. We went even if I needed something and he just squeezed us in. The only thing about him is that he doesn’t go to hospitals. He has a staff in the hospital that takes care of his in-hospital patients that he works with. His staff is excellent and the office environment is very efficient. The staff is very nice and they are usually there a long time and he doesn’t have a turnover. I have noticed that this particular office has no turnover. His bedside manner is fantastic and he is a wonderful doctor. I know people that go to him, and when we find out that we have the same doctor, we always say how wonderful he is. There was one issue with billing and I am sure it had nothing to do with him. I would use him any day of the week. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had in this day and age.
