Omar came to our property to remove a tree and stump. He removed the tree, but said he needed to come back to remove the stump. I made the mistake of paying him in full up front. After many attempts at calling him and texting him and repeated promises to return, he stopped taking or returning my calls. I plan to take legal action and am doing an obligation to the public to beware this scam artist.

Important Notice: Omar Romero had ran the work on my property to remove several trees for around $6,000. They damaged 4 other adult trees (some that had to be removed) as well as illegally dumped a large amount of pine trees from another project (I don't have pine trees / see picture). I was told I would be able to inspect the work prior to leaving, but the crew left without notification of completed work. Omar had admitted fault, but over a period of 3 months had confirmed he would be over 18 times and never showed. Eventually he ignored my calls until I told him I reported him to the BBB. I have seen other reviews on there sites that are similar situations and I am sharing this to hopefully prevent others from having to deal with the situation I did.

Buyer beware! Pressured me to pay on Zelle then once paid never completed the job. And tree stumps still there.

Omar from Nathan's tree service never finished our job. I paid him and he needed to come back and flaked on us 4 times. This was 3 weeks ago. I have never given a bad review in my life. We will give him a chance to rectify the situation. The last 4 times he said he would come he never showed or called. My husband is ready to take him to small claims court. I would give him 0 stars but that was not a chpice. If he comes to complete the job Ill post differently

Omar gained our trust with a few jobs so the third job we made the mistake of paying him before it was 100% completed. Itâ s now a month later and he repeatedly no shows even though he cashed our check a long time ago. Unreliable and dishonest

I paid Omar days before because I left Town when I came back, everything was completed to my satisfaction

Problem wasn't work.... Gave Omar a check. He said that he lost it. Stopped payment on the check and issued another (minus bank fees). He got really upset. Had me make it out to his private name (avoiding taxes?). Neighbor used him. He did not finish the work and ran his credit card TWICE!

Omar showed up on time for the quote which was the 1st good thing. 2nd the quote to remove 4 30â palm trees and stumps was great. I accepted the quote and he followed up on Monday with his crew and they had them down and complete with in a couple hours. Very professional was extremely satisfied with the end results. Between Omar and his crew I will call for all future tree and hedge trimmings. I have already recommended them!! A+ service.

Guys showed up early, cleaned up after, and did a great job. My queen palms got a great trim.

I’ve used a few different vendors over the years for trimming my Queen Palm trees but my experience with Nathan’s was the best. He came out to give me an estimate the same day I contacted him. His price was very reasonable and the next morning his crew showed up to complete the job. Overall a great experience!

Nathan's Tree Service did nearly all that we asked of them, however, even after Nathan's rep guaranteed he would have his crew return, three times, for a final cleanup, they failed to return.

We had Omar out on a Thursday to give us a price on removal of a tree, grinding the stump and removing the waste, he told us he would be back the following Monday with his team and the removal would take half the day. Monday came around and no one showed up, so we called Omar and he told us we were scheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday came and no one showed up and no one called us, they stood us up and never showed to do the job they quoted for us. Do not count on this company.

They were very professional and worked hard. It took less time than we expected because they all worked together and they all knew what to do.

Reduced and removed varies Trees in our canyon. Helped to clear away and it was a much needed.

I take contacted Omar from Nathan's Tree Service. He showed up late the first day. It took some extras days because his machine broke. He was not able to finish the job.

Did a good job, good price for 5 trees cut. Threw in cutting a stump for free. Fast good work. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they forgot the stump so I had to call several times to come n cut the stump to the ground. Friendly, fairly clean, fast.
