We have had a horrible experience that has spanned over 3 months now and the only thing we have to show for it is the basement door that has not even been finished on the outside and a dirt pile and dirt slide outside the basement door that has caused flooding into the basement. The have horrible communication and will not answer texts or phone calls for days at a time. This company is part of a group of companies that all have the same address. W Bradley Companies, LLC and Platinum Pools and Design, LLC. We are out over $20,000 and they will not come back to finish.

It was mediocre. Wasn't great or horrible. Still have to clean up after they clean up. They request money after the first day. The next day they was late and asked for a check for the rest of the money, Still had to clean up after they left.

It was excellent. Craftsmanship was high, they put a nice tread or design, they kept us updated about the progress, and explained everything to us before the work.
