They required payment before the job was completed. They didn't cleanup after the job. The worker was rushed; I didn't get the feeling he was completely focused on our job. The plug works, but I'm not confident it'll work for long.

It was not "Home addition or remodel electrical installation". My choice was not available in the drop down. They replaced the fuse box inside and replaced the entire connection to the power line outside. Fair price, fast, great workmanship (thanks, Dennis!). They were the first to respond to my request and came out the same day.

When I called about my electrical problem, the technician said he was right in the area and would stop by for a quick look at the problem. He was there for 30 seconds and charged me $75.00 for the consult and quick fix of the problem. It also made me very uncomfortable that he offered a smaller fee if I paid cash.

As we explained to you over the phone, before we came out to your home, we due have a $75 service fee, to send a service truck to your home. That $75 service fee is our minimum, to travel to your home, test and troubleshoot the problem, find the problem, and make any minor repairs. If its not a minor repair, we will credit the $75 to any repairs. In your case, it was a minor repair, we did install a new GFCI recp. (did not charge you for it, $25 value) Thank You again,"

Bob came out the same day I called to complete the project. My house was without power because I needed a licensed electrician to reinstall our pipe riser which had fallen from our house due to a recent storm. He reinstalled the the pipe riser with a new roof plate and replaced the frayer wiring, electric meter, hub, and weather head. He was very quick at getting the work done up to code.

Tech advised that i needed a new breaker box due to the main circuit being blown and would be $750. . After the install the tech showed me that there still was no power on one side of the power that was coming in to the box and advised that there was nothing wrong with the box he then went outside and switched out the connectors from the main wires coming in to the outside box and then everthing started working again. In my opinion the repair was missed diagnosed and probably cost me alot more money than I needed to pay

He arrived late to the job, I had to call his office twice to see if he was still coming to my home. He spent about .75 of an hour, and charged me $460 for grounding the home with a copper rod, and connecting it to the electrical panel.
