We had a phenomenal experience with National Home Design & Build and can’t recommend them enough. Patrick was with us from concept to permitting to demo to build and we are absolutely thrilled with our new space. We had a loft space that made several hundred square feet of unusable space in our house. Patrick worked with us to understand the design options, work us through the concept and process, did all of the permitting and managed the process from start to finish. We now have a full third bedroom in our house, a brand new walk-in closet, a new ceiling and lighting in our kitchen and we also had them replace all of the carpeting in our second bedroom, hall, two staircases and a closet. We can’t recommend them enough and Patrick will be our first call the next time we need to renovate.
