Mike has done multiple jobs and/or gotten me in touch with someone who can. He's always fast and communicative. I will hire again when needed. His pricing is also great. I can't add photos but he got me in touch with someone that identified a clog missed by 4 other large plumbing companies causing a back up of water.

Mike was easy to work with. He has great communication and he’s dedicated. Even through his own personal matters he never missed a beat. His drain guys were quick they finished the work ahead of schedule. Regarding the rebuild, he was very responsive. When a few things needed to be touched up he was on it. However, rebuild did go a few days over schedule. Overall Mike was professional and responsive.

I can’t thank Mike enough! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he’s also personable and has a no-nonsense approach to his work. He clearly explained the entire process and even provided video examples so we knew exactly what to expect. His team works fast and efficiently they completed the French drain system and sump pump installation on time and in just one day. What really sets Mike apart is that he also has someone on his team who can put everything back together afterward, including framing studs, rebuilding walls, spackling, priming, and crown molding. After my wife shared her vision for the space next to our garage once the floor was torn up, Mike delivered exactly what she wanted. We were already planning to update our downstairs since the previous owners had outdated wood paneling from ceiling to floor, but the end result exceeded our expectations. After a very disappointing mold remediation job from another company, Mike cleaned up the problems they left behind AND permanently solved the problem. Very grateful for his knowledge and expertise. We had French drains installed along the perimeter of our basement. The contractor had a large enough crew to complete the project in a day. They cleaned up all of the debris and left the basement in great shape. We have had one very large rain storm since the work and the basement had no sign of any water entering the basement, a job well done.

Mike and his team not only waterproofed my basement he provided one stop shopping by bringing in a contractor to repair the drywall and install a new laminated floor. The work was outstanding and completely transformed my basement into a beautiful functional part of my home. I highly recommend them!

My wife & I had interviewed 5 different companies because 2 of the companies sales reps were obviously interested in just making a big fat commission. When Mike the owner of NPW, came to our home my wife & I were very comfortable with him. He presented logical solutions to remediate our basement problem PLUS his cost proposal was the best as compared to the other companies. Mike was there when his crew showed up (on time). We found all his workers to be very professional, fast, & they cared about how the job was being done. Mike had to step away for a while but he came back later to check on their progress. They were very professional and thorough in each step of an involved process. Mike is a perfectionist overseeing every detail to ensure sa perfect job.

I bought my house in 5/2016. Since then the house has developed sever draining issues and flooded several times in a non flood zone during heavy rain. I put in a Sub pump and it couldnt keep up with heavy rain. Mike was very quick to set up an estimate once he got the lead. He understood the full scope of the issue and took the time to get everything i needed. Mike and his team scheduled the job quickly, worked efficiently and completed the job same day. The price was great and when curveballs were there during the job they handled them too The drainage is not 100% fixed but what they did made it 95% better. Itll be a while until i stop freaking out when i hear the word "Rain" and i still monitor drainage during rain. It has only rained twice since the work was done. I have since called mike for another unrelated plumbing issue and he got me in touch with his plumber same day. I plan call NPA when i do more needed drainage work. Photos not uploading
