The service tech came and was very polite. He quickly pointed out the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was with the electrical outlet and not the dryer. He told me what needed to be done to correct the issue and I was then able to buy the parts at the store and fix it.

Corey was great! He contacted almost immediately and informed me on the process and we scheduled a time for him to come by. He was available as soon as possible which was excellent! He called when he was on his way and in under an hour my dryer was fixed! He was straight to the point which was SO nice, honestly. Awesome, lovely gentleman!

Our 11 yo Samsung Refrigerator unit coils developed a build up of ice that interfered with the fan rotation causing a loud noise and eventually would have led to failure. Corey came out in an expeditious manner and immediately set about removing the ice without making a mess. He also cleaned the compressor space. Even better he installed a heater element to prevent future ice buildup negating the need for a future service call for this problem. Well worth the money. He was clean, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He is now a permanent addition to our address book.

Great experience! Our ice maker went out on our fridge and they ended up needing to replace it. They called me almost instantly after I submitted my information, were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem. and fixed the Issue the day after (needed parts). Arrived right on time and did a great job. We also had a little troubleshooting afterward they were able to help me with over the phone. Highly recommend!
