When I first called in I had to leave a message, but she got right back to me. He was cheerful, wonderful, he did the work and all the way around really great service. I wish all the people I've had come in my house and do work would do as good a job as they did. He explained everything to me. He was really informative and very good at what he did.

The story starts here:
I was in the office when my wife told me about the refrigerator which I
replied to go into Angie's list to look for well rated company.
Because of the similarity of the names of companies rendering this
type of services, my wife checked the high rated "A" company and due to
the confusion with the names, she end up calling the wrong one.
The guy came in and made a initial diagnostic by half of the money we
finally paid. By the time I get home the technician still there and had also
convinced my wife to accept the replacement of the computer card, which I was in doubt, but was unable to confirm it at the moment, reason why I asked the technician to leave the old and "supposedly
broken" card.
To make it short, I made check the card and found nothing wrong with it, then I put it back into the
refrigerator and since then is working perfectly.
I hope you "The reader" don't take chances with this company and also to be aware to
the misleading strategies to operate the same shop under different
names.
As painless as it could possibly be for a big bite repair. They even give an Angie's List discount. Really smart repairman. Same day service. Brillliant. had the parts, none of this going back to the shop stuff. Very pleased.

The repairman said he could rebuild the wash motor with a kit he carried. He talked to his boss and came back and said there was no kit for my Bosch dishwasher and they had to install a new wash motor and that labor and parts would be $412 after my 30% labor discount. It seemed like bait and switch to me since he repairs these all the time and sad earlier that he could repair it with a kit. I told him that was way too expensive and I would rather buy a new one than put that kind of money in to it. Dish washer seems to be running fine now with out a new motor, and clean out leads to clear glasses instead of filmy ones.

Mike arrived within an hour of the initial call as promised. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue with the washing machine, had the replacement parts in his van, and completed the job within half and hour. I'm glad that he also inspected the rest of the machine as faulty hoses were identified and replaced which averted an impending disaster. Mike was professional and friendly. I'll be asking for him in the future.

After my husband changed the clock in the oven, it quit. The guy told me that to repair the clock he would have to repair the whole panel and that would cost several hundred dollars so I decided I wouldn't have a clock. The only thing wrong with that, and I guess it can't be avoided, is that they don't do anything, but we still have to pay for the service call. He seemed to be knowledgeable. He was okay, but he didn't do anything. There wasn't anything for him to do. He answered my questions. He was there when he said he would be.

It was really good. They came back once for free when I had a clog about two weeks later, which I appreciated. I was happy with them and would use them again.

He was not able to fix the leak. He said that if he were to replace the hoses it might solve the problem, but that it would be expensive to repair. My feelings are somewhat neutral about the experience. We called them back and he did come back relatively quickly. However, when he left the washing machine still did not work so I am not likely to use them again.

My husband called Nationwide for service on our Range oven. In less than a half hour the technician, Sasha had arrived. He identified the problem quickly and replaced the oven igniter and then tested the thermostat. While there he noticed that a previous repair person had installed the oven window backward so he took the door apart and fixed it. He was very efficient. We were very grateful for his thoroughness and going the extra mile. We will definitely call Nationwide again if needed.

First company came out and gave a estimate for the compressor to be replaced. Their price was $400.00-$700.00 . Nationwide Appliance services came out and performed an inspection and found out the problem was a start relay. The job took 15 minutes and now my GE refrigerator is working perfectly. The repairman Mike was on time, explained everything well and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased that I only had to pay $123.76 because they give a 30% labor discount for Angie's List members. I will be using them again.

Washing machine stopped mid-cycle and broke very early in the morning on Christmas Eve. I called right away. They would have sent someone later that day, except we had to be somewhere and couldn't be home, ourselves. Since it was Christmas weekend, the repairman and his assistant arrived within his scheduled time-frame on Monday. He said we needed a new motor. This seemed reasonable to me because we've had the washing machine at least 11 years, and the motor has never been replaced. Fortunately, they had the part on their truck, so they replaced it right away.

Serviceman arrived on time. Asked the obvious questions about how I used the machine then went on to a physical diagnosis of it. An old/faulty pump needed replacement. He gave me the cost, I agreed, he went to his van and returned with a new pump. He replaced the old one, tested the machine to make sure all was in working order before he left. I called in the morning, he arrived in the afternoon and I was washing mountains of clothing having just returned from a vacation. Thanks to all concerned ... a very professional experience.

Not very thorough or easy to understand as his English was very thick with accent. Just a cursory opening up the refrigerator and holding hand over heater vents. See above for details.

Joseph came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. It turned out that Joseph was actually a former (maybe current?) Maytag (now Whirlpool) repairman who had been contacted by Nationwide. He diagnosed the problem and returned the next day with the replacement part. He was personable and the repair was quickly done. The washer has worked perfectly since. (So much for Maytag repairmen who sit around waiting for calls because the appliances never break down.)

I called and arranged for a service visit the following day. They did not give me an estimate, but gave a minimum charge of $90, and said there would be a 30% discount on all work. The repairman called in advance to find out the make and model of refrigerator, so he would have the right part. He arrived within the time window he gave me. He said the work would cost $280. We agreed to have him proceed. He was pleasant and efficient, and completed the work in just under two hours (I think). He seemed to want to make sure we were happy with everything, which we were.

I called for service early in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. I was given a three hour window and they came with one minute to go, which didn't matter on this particular day as I was home with a sick child. They explained which part had burned out, the technician had it in his truck and was able to complete the repair immediately. Other companies I have used in the past have always had to order parts. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

My drier stopped heating up. I contemplated whether to just buy a new one or repair. After researching the internet to find the average repair cost on for a dryer repair was around $180.00 and then seeing Angie?s List online and reviewing the listings. I decided to go for the repair option. The initial call went okay. The customer service wasn?t great, but since it was a holiday and they confirmed that the since I called from Angie?s List there would be a 30% discount on labor. I agreed to the estimate charge of $45.00 and service window. I was told that I would receive a call prior the technician arriving. The repairman showed up at the very end of the service window with no call. He performed the estimate, but did not have the part on hand. He was able to obtain the part from another technician in the area and returned to complete the service. After he finished, he informed me that he went ahead and lubricated the dryer and made adjustment to stop the banging noise so now the dryer would run quieter. The additional services were an additional $21.00. I made the mistake of not reviewing the invoice in detail, and it was not until after he left that I realized he did not include a breakdown of the parts and labor. There was supposed to be a 30% discount on labor since I called from Angie's List. The discount was scratched line was scratched out completely. 5 days later I go to use the dryer for the 1st time. I put the dryer on the usual auto-dry option and left. After about 3 hours I realized that it was still running, I went to check on it and realized to find that the auto-dry option was no longer working and that the dryer was spinning much more slowly than before so the cloths were not getting tumbled. I started my second load and this time used the timed dry for the full 90 minutes for a medium-small load that would usually take less than 60 minutes to dry. When I returned it was not dry so I did another 90min and the load was dry. After the 2nd 90 minute cycle the cloths were dry. My dry time went from an average of 60 - 75 minutes per load to 180 - 240 minutes after the repair. I have contacted the service company today, the initial response was to use the timed dry and that I have a blocked vent and that I would need to check the vent and possibly have a vent cleaning service come out. They also said that he serviceman did not do anything that would impact the spin rate although the service man told me he had made adjustment and lubricated the dryer to make get it to run quieter. I have checked the vent and made sure that nothing is obstructing it. I have call the company back and have been told since I?m not available the next 2 days that I need to call Thursday morning and they will let me know when the technician will be available to check the dryer.

My 2.5 y.o. Kitchen Aid refrigerator was not cooling properly. After a battle with insurance company, they said it?s probably the computer board problem, and that the computer is off the warranty. So I called a few repair companies and their estimates were about $430.00 to change the computer board. When I called Nationwide App, Billy told me that there is no way they could give me an estimate over the phone, and that technician has to see the refrigerator first. The service call was $55.00. Michael came on time and after inspecting the fridge, all he did was resetting the computer board, and charged $55.00 service call. He told me that there is a big change it will fix the problem. Michael called me next morning to make sure the temperature went down and everything was ok. THANK YOU, MICHAEL!!!!
