Dave did maintenance service on our metal roof. He checked our roof, provided pictures and submitted quote. Maintained contact when he would be back with materials to complete job. Included touching up bare paint spots, repair 1 hole near chimney, replacing vent cap with correct type, resetting loose screws with sealant and resealing gaps. He went beyond doing the quoted job at the quoted price. Good honest service.
