It was ok. They weren't so quick on responsiveness. I didn't really interact with them much. <br /> <br /> It's not that they gave bad service, I just didn't think they were that great. I have a little patch of grass I thought that they could have thrown a couple more seeds on top of. They came out to aerate, but there there is a section of my grass that they could of spent a little more care on. They were out there anyways. Seemed like they just ran their little machine and took off. <br /> <br /> They did do the soil analysis. It seemed like they were in a rush. <br /> <br />

Mike was very professional and courteous and is very knowledgeable in his field. He performed two applications of lawn treatment as per the special coupon, but I have since hired him to perform regular maintenance on my lawns. <br />

<p>Professional manner good response. Called for second application did not have to call them. It did help my lawn. Did not go for the continuous service to the lawn as it wasn't in my budget as this time.</p> <br />

The technician always comes to the door before starting work to alert us that he is in the yard. The work is accomplished quickly and quietly. The technician leaves an invoice in a plastic bag on my front door knob. It is convenient to pay the invoice online. When my lawn gets enough water, which is my responsibility, it looks great. However, if this drought continues much longer, I may have to resort to xeriscaping. <br />

The guy came out and he did the first application. He said he will be back in 3 weeks. It seemed fair and I was happy with it. He sent me a couple of emails and he showed up when he was supposed to. I did not spend more than the $49. The price was fair.

Bought coupon. <br /> Coupon was not honored. <br /> Price of coupon $25. Price of Service $49.99 <br /> Have yet to resolve price of coupon being reimbursed to credit card used for purchase thru Angie's List. <br /> Service provider does not want to bill for balance. (Difference between coupon & his list price.) <br /> Regardless of what happens, price is no better than if I went directly to service provider, while the amount of time lost in trying to resolve the issue has cost me valuable time and unwanted frustration. <br /> This is second occurrence of this nature with Angie's List. Doubt I will take this route again. <br />

"The coupon in question was the second coupon purchased by the customer. The Big Deal specifically states that the offer is “Valid for new customers Only”. When the customer presented the coupon as partial payment for service, we immediately informed them that we could not accept the second coupon according to the terms of the Big Deal and that they should contact Angie’s List for a refund. (communication was two emails followed by a phone call which encountered an answering machine where a detailed message was left). Since the customer was clearly trying to save money, we did remind them about our ongoing customer referral program that has no quantity limitations. We are sorry for the inconvenience and it sounds that part of the frustration stated is related to the processes in place with Angie’s List over which we have no control."

Mike was punctual & informative. He seems like a nice guy who will answer any questions you have. The problem with lawn fertilization is you won't see any results till at least a couple of weeks but over all it was a pleasnt experience.

He gave a great review of the kind of grass we had, and the weeds that were invading. The first treatment has made my grass greener and removed all of the weeds in the back. It will take several applications to get everything in the front. I love that it's organic and won't harm my daughter or pets. <br />

I saw the add in Angie's List and decided to give it a try since I have no time to get rid of the weeds by hand, and using weed killers give you more health problems in the end not only for your family, but also your pets. I called the company and spoke to the owner and asked him to explain to me the type of weed control products that they use. After he explained to me the philosophy of the company and its goal to use natural products as much as possible, I decided to try it out. <br />

The guy was okay. He was nice and courteous. The only thing I did not care for was that he was trying to sell me a whole sort of big package. The price was okay for what he did, and he was here on time.

They were on time and prompt in answering our phone calls. They sprayed a fertilizer and a broad leaf treatment. Its tough to tell how they did and give them an "A" for quality because the yard is still dormant and we had planted new grass seed a month before they came out. He was very honest and professional and I appreciated that. I did sign up for continuing service with them.
