The boiler pressure relief valve was leaking, so it was determined that replacing the boiler expansion tank and pressure relief valve caused the temperature controller to malfunction, and the temperature controller was replaced as well. The water heater expansion tank was also replaced due to a leaking connection.. The total repairs expense is $775. The apoointmebt time was 9:00 am, they came in around 10:30.

Outstanding service!!! Contacted Angi list and Natural Breeze (Luiz) called me within 10 minutes. Told me he could be to my home in 1hr. Was 5 minutes early and had my heating system working within an hr. Found a faulty relay...Tested total system before cleaning up. Phenomenal service, honest and great and very fair price!!!!! Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. I asked him if he could meet me the after work the next day between 1-3PM. He said I’ll be there. After speaking with him for a few minutes I can tell he was highly experienced and confident. Sure enough in no time at all he was able to repair my 60 year old boiler. I highly recommend if you have any heating and cooling issues DO NOT hesitate to reach out to him. Iam more than grateful and appreciative he was able to resolve my months long stressful situation. Got an issue call Natural Breeze ASAP!!!👍🏻
